Staff are very accommodating but the food could offer more variety. Lots of chips and pasta but not enough salad options for those who don't eat a lot of carbs. Convenient if your main thing is to ski as the menu is very basic. Staff can't do enough for you though.

I went on a school skiing trip and I will assure you now I will never go there ever again. 3 stars does this place justice. Do not be fooled by the food pictures for my food each night I would have a piece of stale bread and a packet of crisps from my bag. I almost felt bad for the staff of how embarrassing it is. The rooms had an excessive amount of mould on the walls and it was just scaffolding out the window!! They gave my friend a master key that unlocked every bedroom. Understanding that this is a SCHOOL ski trip we had to keep something against the doors at all times! It was even that bad that our door wouldn’t lock! Our bathroom door didn’t lock either which is an absolute disgrace. I would absolutely not recommend this and I don’t think our room has been cleaned since opening date of this place! Owners please help yourself and close the place down! The only okay thing about this place is the location however it was at least an hour from the nearest airport!!! The pizza was absolutely amazing though 😮‍💨😮‍💨

i voted it a 5-5 because i went with my old school 3 times and i had the best time ! The staff were so good and kind , i’ve been begging to go back since ! The rooms weren’t the best , but i was barely in there so it didn’t really matter . I loved all the slopes so it was really good ! I also loved the pizza that was amazing !

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel over the New Year period with Halsbury. Both my daughters are vegan and were very well catered for. You won’t go hungry if you stay here! ||The staff were all friendly and attentive to all customer’s requests. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy, which was well needed after a days skiing. Would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful start to the New Year.

Went to thith hotel on a school trip when I got there I was very excited it is on a fantastic location and is really cool to wake up in the morning to snow outside the rooms its self are pretty good and does it's job with clean sheets and lots of storage the bunk beds were a bit shaky but I didn't mind that the bathroom was clean and the shower was an interesting experience went from really cold to really warm quite quickly but we got that working and had a great time The workers were the best and made me feel like part of a family always smiling and happy to be at your service the gift shop shop keeper was soo good showing around the little cute shop selling things at a decent price which you don't always get which was really impressive he even helped us have a snowball fight which was really sweet and he waved us off as we left The food was really good too with lovely cakes and pastries and serial for breakfast and lovely classic Italian food for lunch and dinner like many paster varietys and pizza and lasagne some days we had roast chicken but it was amazing Overall I loved it so much the people were soo kind and lovering and there to help the food is really good to and the location is outstanding the rooms are decent with only miner complaints but I loved the trip and would highly recommend

I recently stayed here with a big group, for a week of skiing. The Hotel was lovely- particularly the staff who were warm and friendly and went out of their way to welcome and accommodate us. Some of the rooms were on the small side for 2 adults, but others are a good size. The one I had was very comfortable and spacious.|The food was ample- very generous portions, and in the evening, almost too much with four courses. i really appreciated the pasts dishes and the local dishes. The staff were superb. it's always challenging with a large group but they were always professional, helpful and patient with us. A huge plus is that the hotel is a minute from the ski lifts, so you can even pop back at lunch time for a siesta.|This was a good experience all round. Thank you to all the staff.

in our room the door lock was broken, there was a tv and no remote, and there was no bedsheets on one of the beds. but the service overrall is not that bad i guess. in our friends room the flush wasnt working.

Hello , ski resort it great with some minor errors , rooms have no space to store our clothes , wardrobes aren’t good enough, mould in the rooms , bedsheets dirty , not all blinds work (the view is great ) scaffolding outside windows is terrible. windows open to wide can’t latch it back and should be able to open from above some rooms have no television remotes aren’t kept within , no wi-fi connection at all , shouldn’t have to pay , content in the tvs were terrible. Adores have no locks and keycards don’t work when tapping them , bathroom door has no lock and windows were dirty weren’t cleaned and floors dirty when arrived , light switches in terrible places and plug sockets not enough .however the skiing somewhat makes up for it very little though , light switches weren’t handy enough showers way to small can’t have a good enough shower , bathrooms need to be bigger and that is it , i hope this review makes u reflect on how u can approve ur resort , beds are terrible bunk beds are broken and rails and ladders don’t stay on , thankyou i hope this review can make ur resort better
