Very great location, food and staff were lovely, overall amazing. But I can see why older people don't enjoy staying there, too much teenagers. But that's the whole town so idk what they expect. The woman who cleaned our room was very nice to my stuffed animal and always put it to sleep like this so that was cute. And also one guard was dancing with us anytime we saw him and that was cute too.

We stayed at Maria del Mar and overall had a good experience, but there are a few things worth mentioning. Firstly, the guards and most of the staff were absolutely lovely – very nice, friendly, and always helpful, which really made our stay easier. Unfortunately, there was one lady at reception (an older, slightly chubby woman) who came across as rude and arrogant. I don’t know her name, but she definitely let down the otherwise welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Another issue we had was with the air conditioning in our room. It made us all feel unwell, and I suspect the vents haven’t been cleaned properly in a long time. This is something the hotel really needs to address. That being said, Lloret de Mar itself was amazing and we loved our time there. With some improvements, especially in maintenance and customer service at reception, this hotel could be much better.

It smells like poop in the rooms. The smell is terrible I'm just dying over here. Its super noisy I can hear everything from my neighbors. The breakfast is not that tasty and not a lot of options. The pool is nice. Location is nice. But I will NEVERRRRRR come back here. The airco is in the inside dirty. Under the bed is dirty. Everything is just dirty and it smells. I have trauma

A terrible hotel, even for four stars, although I knew that you can't expect too much despite the stars. I didn't expect much from the rooms, and I was still disappointed. The beds were just loose frames with unattached mattresses that squeaked at the slightest movement and constantly shifted around. The Wi-Fi worked worse than under a bridge. Also, the air conditioning was broken, which wasn't exactly pleasant in 30+ degree heat. While there was a wide selection of food at the buffet, most of it was poorly prepared, unseasoned, and some of it inedible. We booked all-inclusive, but that's not a 100% guarantee. For breakfast, you could get juice or coffee/hot chocolate in addition to water, but for dinner, only water, as anything else would have cost extra. Furthermore, the entrance to the dining room smelled of rotten fish. The only positive aspects of the hotel were the security, as the security guards were competent and provided security in and around the hotel, even at night. The service was also decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful, although one receptionist initially sent us to the wrong side of the hotel upon arrival, and we had to search for our room. The hotel's location was also one of its few positives, as it was just a few meters from various fast-food restaurants, cafés, bars, and clubs. The beach was also just a few hundred meters away. In summary, the stay at this hotel was rather unpleasant.

Went here for the Abifahrt! The hotel was pretty cool and the BK is like, really close which was good because we did the Try Not To Use All-Inclusive Challenge. Doors were hard to open but I guess that is good for safety. The Klimaanlage worked but we are stupid and didn't know how to use it. The pool is nice and we went there illegally once. Big shoutout to the elevator, Europapark type shit. That's it I guess. Go to the Burger King now.

I liked the rooms. Some of them may have bad view from the balcony, but it depends. Very close to McDonald's, Burger King and KFC. Not far from a supermarket and the beach. The hotel has two pools and a restaurant where you can eat the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazing food!!! (It also has a Gym)

Very bad hotel, 2 of the stars are on the sky. When we arrived in the hotel we had sandwiches in the safe, the balcony railing was old and it was holding itself on a piece of hair! Honestly just go in a beter hotel in Lorret del Mar! JUST EMBARRASSING!

Yelp
The 4-stars-'all-inclusive' hotel has the worst all inclusive (just beer and soft drinks between 10:30 and 21:00), for the meals you only get a 500 ml bottle of water, you have to pay an extra of 2€ if you want to have your free drinks in the bar, the food is cold and bad, either tastes like nothing (lasagna, cheese) or just terrible (Pasta, everything containing meat). It's a 10-15 Minute Walk to The Beach and about 2-15 Minutes to The good Clubs. The Dining Room and The two (small) pools are across the street so every time you want to get there you have to cross. I gave 2 stars because of the really cheap price
