Hotel Marie Antoinette Lome

I make my reservation on Friday morning for Saturday through Monday. Most hotel have cancelation fee. This hotel does think differently. The Boss refuse refund me even at least some refund. He keeps the all amount. Be careful going to this place. They have a lot of hidden fees. Again Just BE CAREFUL GOING TO THIS PLACE.

The rooms are really nice, and clean. But I've gotten robbed by paying twice the amount I discussed with the receptionist 🤦🏾‍♂️ because that dumb didn't write the exact hour I went there. It was a really horrible experience.

Do not come with high expectations and you will not be disappointed. The owner, Hans, is a friendly guy who has been living in the country for quite a long time - and it shows. The rooms are very basic, even in the new wing. no attention to proper planning, furniture or walls. No breakfast, but you have very basic cooking facilities. I gave it a 4th star only because the price was cheap for what you get - good aircon, hot shower and clean sheets (as well as a miniature towel).

Dont stay here as from day one me and my wife arrived here the manager parked his nose into our buisness then a couple of weeks later i was approached by a worker who wanted me to buy narcotics which i reported him to the manager but the manager didnt gave 2 hoots about it. The staff are very unfriendly here and the management lied about the room where we stayed in was taken but it still shows up on booking.com as vacant so me and my wife would never return to the hellhole hotel
