Great place to relax with amazing views. The pool was clean, and its sprayer was fun. Clean and adequate rooms with chilled AC units.

Hotel was dirty !! Now my wife and I knew this wasn’t the Ritz Carlton but we were expecting clean . Beds were dirty , had to ask for clean sheets. Had a coffee maker but no coffee or water , cups and glasses were dirty , air conditioner did work though. Paid for 2 nights and we’re outta there at 06:00 am next morning, no one at desk to ask about a refund , didn’t care as were walked past the dead cockroaches. Trip advisor pics must be from the 70’s or 80’s I am guessing?

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean. I enjoyed the pool. The bed was very hard, but we slept well enough for the 5 nights we were there. Longer would have been difficult. The bathroom is very small, and there was no cold water, so the hot was what you got. The location as pros and cons. You have to wind around the bumpy back streets to get there, but the view and setting were worth it to me. Wifi worked downstairs by the office. That was also true in the hotel Hacienda Flamingoes.

This could be a truly wonderful Boutique Hotel. The grounds and location are beautiful......but the building is run down, the bathroom was shoddy, the room badly designed and shabby. We were told there was hot water for morning coffee but couldn’t find any. There is a spacious room and big kitchen for what could be a very nice breakfast room, but no. The staff were barely polite and reluctantly looked up from their phones when we passed by the reception desk. ||Again, this is a real lost opportunity for whoever owns and or runs the hotel. It could be wonderful.

Not really pet friendly. They are kept in cages separate from the rooms with only a ceiling fan. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the grounds just on a beach that is murky. I do not know what the extra pets fee was for. The cage had pests large ants that bite spiders and a bug that was in my dogs water. (We gave him bottled water so couldn't have been from the tap.)Near water yes, beach access, not to a beach most want to swim in. Will be leaving at dawn.

There was an error on thier part as to my reservation I requested a King and was offered 3 twins in a room. Other than that it was fixed and the stay was pleasant. A good 2 star hotel. No more than 2.

The hotel is very nice for a few nights. We stayed four nights, the staff is great rooms are clean. The hotel is very hard to find. Street signs are few and roads are pretty rough. This is from a gringo so know some Spanish and everyone is helpful.
