I stayed at this hotel last night and overall, the stay was pleasant. The rooms were quite decent, the bathrooms were clean and hygienic, the food was good, and the reception staff was polite and helpful.
However, there were a few things that really disappointed me. I ordered a mocktail, and to my shock, I found a fly in it. I immediately informed the staff, and they replaced it, but the second drink they sent tasted nothing like what I ordered it was just like an ordinary Aam Panna and honestly not worth it. When I told them I didn’t like it, they still insisted on charging me. After serving a drink with a fly, the bare minimum courtesy would have been to not charge for it. That really put me off.The bar staff were not very professional, and the service was painfully slow.
Another issue we were traveling with a small baby and requested a milk bottle several times, but they took 15-20 minutes and only came after repeated calls. When you’re with a baby, that kind of delay feels much longer.
To sum up:
✅ Clean rooms and bathrooms
✅ Good food
✅ Friendly reception staff
❌ Unhygienic and careless bar service
❌ Slow and unprofessional room service
❌ Poor handling of customer complaints
With better service and more attention to guest comfort, this hotel could have offered a much better experience.
