Hotel Marine Plaza

The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of its convenience to Nariman Point and Colaba. The rooms are spacious and the bed linen is clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what they offer. The service at the breakfast buffet was a little indifferent. The choice and taste of the breakfast is average. Must drop into Geoffrey’s bar located on the ground floor. Quiet bar with nice decor. Overall, a pleasant experience from all aspects

We recently visited this hotel (31 august)for three days. Great place to stay! Clean,great location. The room were immaculate and very comfortable.we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning with nice SEA VIEW. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

This hotel is centrally located and value for money with a few caveats. Pros:- great location, the staff from the security at the lobby, reception, bell boys housekeeping staff are polite and very hospitable. Size of the rooms was good,we were upgraded to an executive room 1315, but not much of a view. Bed was nice and comfortable, service at the Oriental blossom was good. Cons:- Rooms are a bit dates, specially the bathroom, the shower head looked like it hasn't been changed since the hotel opened for business. The bathtub also needs to be replaced, in my opinion the entire bathroom needs an overhaul. The Oriental blossom is a pale shadow of itself, the lighting used to be dim with a lovely table set up and nice oriental music playing in the background, this was in the early 2000 when i worked there as an IHM trainee. Now it looks a bit basic, with terrible live music ,not at all required. Food was okayish nothing to rave about. Quantities of food portions also extremely small compared to before. Overall I still enjoyed my stay here and would recommend this hotel. But as a said a lot of things need improvement. Will give it 5 stars for location and nostalgia sake as it's still an iconic hotel bang on marine drive.

We loved this property and its location of course. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast also. And the roof top is very nice and neat with an amazing view of marine drive. And the staffs are very helpful . Special mention to Mr. Pravakar. He helped a lot with our luggage and he helped our seniors also. Thank you

Best location at a fairly affordable price. The rooms are clean and adequately furnished. The terrace pool is nothing much to talk about. The restaurant is expensive, but I think it's more about the view. We had a comfortable two night stay with family

Hotel Marine Plaza offers a beautiful sea-facing location with a peaceful ambiance. The food is tasty, especially the breakfast spread. Staff are polite and attentive, and the service is smooth and professional. Overall, a great stay near Marine Drive.

The location is fantastic, the room service is slow, the bathrooms need to be upgraded, my room had a bath tub but there was no water outlet in the floor so when you have a bath the complete bathroom is flooded with water and there is no drain for it, the wash basins are placed in an awkward position a back killer, the lighting in the room and the switches are pathetic, there is no remote to control the air con, it's a permanent wall fitting so if you are sleeping you have to get up and adjust the temperature, the window glass is cracked and this is not the money you pay to live in a star rated hotel, the food was good, breakfast spread is really good, this place really needs to upgrade, the only thing they are cashing in is their location, hope they make the changes.

Rooms are very clean , Staffs are very cooperative. Food is good, location is awesome. Only the con is bed size. It is very small not even Quee size. It must be upgraded to little big. Managment must look after this, because King bed size is more comfortable. We travel with kid so it was little uncomfortable for us. However staffs are very friendly, We checkout prior one day of our original check out date due to war situation. However, they totally cooperative with the things , MMT consult with them for refund and I got my full refund for last day early check-in out. Must recommend hotel..👍👍👍
