Hotel Marino

My friend and I stayed at the Marino for a week. Everything was brilliant. |Great staff, great food, super service. |It has a great atmosphere. |My friend has been staying there for over 20 years now. |I have been a few times with her. |It’s like home from home. |Everyone makes you very welcome. |A great place to stay. |Go and enjoy. 😘

Amazing buffet for breakfast, the best staff, and even the room really nice with jacuzzi and double bed

I was supposed to stay at this hotel from March 27th to April 3rd, 2023. I had made a reservation for a room with breakfast included for EUR 369. Unfortunately, my flight FR3541 on March 27th at 9:05 p.m. was canceled by Ryanair. Through no fault of my own, I couldn't make it to Ibiza, not even in the following days through another flight.||Immediately after the cancellation, I informed the accommodation about the situation. My booking was marked as a "no-show." The next day, I requested a refund through Booking.com, but it was rejected by the accommodation. Additionally, my request to only exclude the breakfast cost of EUR 73 from the charges was also rejected by the accommodation.||I had booked a non-refundable rate, which means you are at the mercy of the accommodation and its owners. In my opinion, a non-refundable rate is not intended for profiting easily from guests whose flights are canceled. A non-refundable rate is typically meant to provide benefits for both the accommodation and the guest; the guest pays the full amount upfront and, in return, receives a discounted rate, while the accommodation receives the full payment immediately and avoids last-minute cancellations when guests find a better deal elsewhere or change their plans.||In cases like this, you would expect the accommodation to show goodwill and offer a gesture of understanding. i.e. by a (partial) refund or the possibility to change dates.||After mediation by booking.com, it turned out that the accommodation was not willing to give a refund, but was willing to change the dates. So I made a new booking, but unfortunately, over 2 months later, they still haven't accepted it. After a second mediaton by booking.com, they hotel withdrew their offer to change dates. Booking.com confirmed they cannot do anything else for me. My money is gone, as well as my desire to stay at this hotel.||Be aware that this accommodation shows no willingness or goodwill when your flight gets canceled. So, think again when booking at a non-refundable rate.

There's something really special about this place! I am constantly recommend it to friends for so many reasons. It's great to go into a genuinely Spanish establishment and enjoy everything the Spanish way. I highly recommend having a large beer (the Raddler is great!) With bread and ali oli, it's just so lovely at any time of day. I've stayed in several of the rooms and they're all great. Exceptionally clean, they even provide toothbrushes and razors as well as towels on a daily basis. The breakfast is sensational, I'm salivating at the thought of those fresh croissants and cooked delights. Great fresh coffee from the welcoming and friendly staff. This is a great place to visit at any time of the year.

Really impressed with this hotel. Definitely good value for money. Everything was new and lots of attention to details. the room was spotless clean and supplied with everything you may need. I would have liked a a bit more space though. The room was not spacious enough for 3 people to comfortably move around. As we stayed in early April, it was very quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed the quiteness around the pool on the terrace. Service is great, personnel is friendly and very helpful. Isac was a star! His useful suggestions around local places to visit made a difference to our experience. I would definitely stay here again.

A great little hostal at the bank of San Antonio, away from all the noise but still on top of everything. The rooms can be a little small but are clean and efficient. The staff are fantastic, really helpful and knowledgeable about the Island. The food in the bar area is very good, affordable local food and you will see many locals coming in to eat. The hotel is now joined to the sister hotel, Hotel M so you can now use their swimming pool as well.

I absolutely LOVED this hostal. All staff members are so kind and welcoming. Rooms are clean, have a good amount of space and a nice bathroom. Great location in Ibiza, close to bus station to get to beaches and clubs, plus all at an amazing price. Amazing experience here!!

Had a brilliant time at this hotel. It's two star but was better than five star in many important ways. The staff were uber friendly, gave us a welcome drink and small bites while watching the football. Javier is a legend. The room had a balcony, comfy bed and jacuzzi. Place was exceptionally clean and well located. Couldn't recommend it enough
