I wanted to share my recent experience at a hotel I booked for a last-minute getaway from busy Barcelona, and unfortunately, it turned out to be quite a disappointment. I had high expectations for this place, but what I received was far from what I had hoped for.||The location of the hotel is undeniably nice, being close to the beach, but the check-in process was a letdown. I would rate it a mere 3 out of 10. The staff seemed more interested in dealing with customers as quickly as possible, without even a smile or a friendly greeting.||When we got to our room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors were dirty, and as soon as we took our shoes off, our feet turned black from the dirt. We made a simple request to have the room cleaned, but the response was far from satisfactory. A woman came, claiming it wasn't her fault, and then used a broom for about 30 seconds before walking off. To make matters worse, we discovered there was no toilet paper and exposed wires in the bathroom.||When we complained, we were met with indifference. No one offered to change our room or apologise for the inconvenience. The lack of customer service was quite shocking. We eventually decided to get a refund and leave the hotel.||The pictures online are deceiving, as the rooms are much smaller than they appear. It seems that the hotel relies on its location and view to attract guests, without caring about the quality of service they provide.
