Hotel Marqués House

Marqués House is in an excellent location, central to all the main attractions. It's a charming hotel, clean and well decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. The room was quiet and had a lovely little balcony. The amenities, including a robe and slippers, were top-notch. I highly recommend Marqués House & will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, ideal both for sightseeing and for the marathon weekend. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. I stayed here for the marathon and the hotel truly went the extra mile: a welcome package for runners in the room, early breakfast on race day, and a special pre-race dinner the evening before. All of this made the experience much easier. Breakfasts were great — especially at the Terrace Bar, with very good food and a really pleasant atmosphere. I have only positive memories from my stay and will gladly recommend Marqués House to both runners and regular visitors. A well-deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

We spent two nights at the Marques House, and we enjoyed our visit very much. The staff were quick to communicate when I had to modify our stay by one day. Daniele and Blanca were so welcoming, and we were able to get into our room a bit earlier than anticipated. They recommended some excellent restaurants and were very helpful during our stay, as were the evening staff (I'm sorry I did not get their names). |Pros: clean, modern room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Adequate storage for our short stay. Our small balcony faced a side street, so it was fairly quiet. There were nice toiletries and fluffy towels, although we would have appreciated some washcloths. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. The hotel location is great for exploring Valencia, and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes close by.|Cons: The bathroom had a T-shape, so the sink was in a niche with very dim lighting, while the rest of the room was very bright. There was no night light, and the only switch was outside the door, and it turned on all the lights. We moved the small desk lamp to the bathroom at night, as it had a dimmer switch. The table in our room was a bit small for the laptop, and you had to unplug either the light or kettle to use the outlet. |MYR Marques House is a good base for exploring Valencia, and the wonderful staff make the experience even better.

I loved this hotel. Wonderful service - friendly and helpful throughout. Great location on a beautiful side street, right in the heart of town. And the room was great! Spacious, nicely furnished, and bright, even facing the inner courtyard. Nice to have the rooftop too. This will be my go-to spot in Valencia.

Location is good and hotel is clean

We originally booked Hotel Marqués Hous in Valencia for just one night, but we ended up staying for two because we liked it so much. We arrived with our 17-month-old daughter, and I was 27 weeks pregnant, and honestly, we haven’t been treated this kindly in a long time. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly. It didn’t feel forced at all. They even left us little handwritten notes about our stay with personal messages, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located in the center. Everything just felt right. It’s one of those places where you truly feel welcome. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Hotel Marques House in Valencia Spain was phenomenal. The entire staff was wonderful and so helpful, but I have to mention the excellent service from Belén and Roberta who checked us in. We came from another hotel in Valencia and had to check out by noon. Our room at Hotel Marques House wasn’t supposed to be ready until 4pm. When we walked our luggage over from the other hotel to check it in for safe keeping, they actually had our room ready for us 4 hours early!! This made the switch between hotels so much easier and so much more enjoyable. Plus, the premium room we booked was worth the extra money. We had a sitting lounge, huge bedroom area and the division with the bathroom sinks, tub, shower and toilet were amazing and well thought out. Lots of space but still lots of privacy. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

A wonderful hotel with soul! The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the bathroom with a window. Even though I booked a small double room, it turned out to be spacious and very cozy. The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing! Don’t miss the Agua de Valencia at Café Madrid – this is where it was invented, and hotel offered it as a welcome drink during your stay. The hotel staff are classy, discreet, and very helpful. You can also leave your luggage after check-out.
