Hotel Marsol

The best 4* hotel in Lloret de Mar! We did a thorough search and made the best choice! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel itself located just steps from the beach and right in the old town, the rooms, the rooftop pool and spa area, the restaurant, an absolutely wonderful breakfast buffet with Spanish sparkling Cava and a lovely dinner buffet with wine! But the most important is the feeling of being very welcome, just like home. A huge thank you/muchas gracias goes to all of the hotel team members who worked hard everyday so we could enjoy our holidays! Everyone were so helpful and friendly, this is very rare! We will definitely be back, see you soon!

We had one of the best holidays thanks to the whole hotel Marsol team! Everyday we walked a few steps to the beach, then again steps to the old town full of life and the main promenade, and enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast is some of the finest with plenty of different options everyday. We loved the sparkling Cava and churros to start the day! Simply can’t recommend enough!

All the departments: the housekeeping, the restaurant/bar, reception and management did their utmost for our family to have the best experience and, therefore, we are very grateful! The hotel has truly exceeded our expectations! The cuisine is wonderful, you can choose from a la carte menu or buffet option and have the best dinner or lunch everyday without having to look for different restaurants!

Hotel Marsol gave both my daughter and myself exceptional care from the moment we arrived, accommodating us immediately with a room as my daughter was feeling unwell. The reception team were friendly, efficient, kind and welcoming. The hotel foyer was beautifully clean and well presented, it smelled really fresh, and set the scene for the standard of the hotel. Our room was clean and bright with a large window, you could hear the wonderful sound of the sea when the window was open. The bathroom was modern, clean and had a large shower. The twin beds were comfy, there were extra pillows and blankets if you needed them. The cleaning team were excellent providing any additional towels or bed linen if we needed anything, the lady who serviced our room was so helpful and friendly we looked forward to seeing her, nothing was too much trouble! The buffet breakfast catered for every possible choice, excellent food in a superb setting overlooking the beach. The bar and outdoor eating areas were very good and the menu offered a wide selection for evening dining at the hotel. The roof-top pool was a really nice warm place to relax and take in the stunning views. It was a great hotel, suited both of us perfectly, so much so, we have already decided to return along with my sister too, so a definite 5 stars from us!

I stayed here one night and was pleasantly surprised to find this nicely kept and well run hotel, with friendly staff in a town so heavily focused on package holiday makers. The gym was quite small, but just about adequate. Breakfast on the other hand was plentiful and of decent quality.

An excellent stay! A very highly recommended hotel! The standards of the hotel are set very high by the management but the friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel is priceless! The hotel offers superb buffet lunch and dinner in addition to a fabulous breakfast.

Cannot say enough about this amazing hotel. From the very second you walk in the lobby is clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly, karan (sp?) was incredible. He went above and beyond and was patient and even helped me book my bus tickets since the website was in Spanish. The half board was great with both breakfast and dinner included. The restaurant was gorgeous with a great view. The food was not bad, i’d say 6.5/10 but still was great to be included. Only small issue, the pool was a bit of a let down, it was not very big and the hot tub was cold. But when you’re that close to the gorgeous ocean, the pool is obsolete. The location to shops, restaurants, the beach, and attractions cant be beat. The rooms were spotless and the water pressure was incredible. Would absolutely return! Loved this hotel from the minute we booked in the staff couldn't be more friendly. Before we arrived we received an email so we could check in online, this meant we only had to show our code at reception and all was done! We chose a sea view room and it didn't disappoint, the room was on the small size but that didn't bother us. The bed were so comfy. Plenty of spare seats in the dining room, but this was early season and I don't know how busy the hotel was. We went for breakfast & evening meal and at check in we were told if we wanted to swap the evening meal to lunch that we just need to tell reception on the morning. We did this on the last day and lunch was in the restaurant outside which was a treat, this was a set menu, not a buffet. We had 2 teenagers with us and they also thought the hotel was amazing, will be going back!
