We were very satisfied! The hotel has a great location - right on the beach and just a few minutes walk from the bus station, so ideal for trips and convenient arrival. The staff was nice, helpful and always smiling. Small rooftop pool is great, even if very cold, with a beautiful view of the sea - my son was thrilled and appreciated the jacuzzi. The breakfasts were delicious, varied selection and everything fresh. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and we will definitely be happy to come back here. The only complaint.... the windows are not tight and you can hear everything that happens outside. Luckily I bring earplugs ☺️.

We only stayed for one night and that was more than enough. The location is amazing, it’s right at the beach. But that is also all the good things I can say. We paid 155€ for a night - off-season! Only to get a tiny room with a horrendous smell of mold. The room came with water and some, no other condiments included. I mentioned this bc we stayed in a way cheaper and wayyy nicer hotel here for 3 nights where we were pampered with all products, tidiness and great service. You can see in the pictures how old and rusty the room is. There is dirt and mold on the shower windows and rust everywhere. There were stains on the bedsheets that looked like blood which we unfortunately only saw late night before sleeping. We were unable to get proper sleep and got headaches from the moldy smell. Long story short, this hotel is not worth the price and I recommend to check your room very thoroughly and speak up in case.

We had the Triple Sea View room which is what I would recommend. The rooms that aren’t at the front of the hotel are smaller and don’t have balconies. The room has a refrigerator and robes, etc. No iron or Kleenex. We had the breakfast included and it was well worth it. It is a large buffet and includes sparkling wine. The hotel is convenient to everything. Great location. The beach is just across the street and the ferries to the other areas are close as well. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. We had no issues at all. We didn’t use the rooftop pool, spa or gym but it looked nice. The pool area is a bit small.and about 1/2 is shaded. The Service at the Marol Restaurant outside was good but the service was not the best. They have a sister restaurant 3 doors down that was really good and the service as well. They will give you discounts for both at check-n. We would stay here again as long as a Seaview room is available. We enjoyed the balcony and being able to see what was happening.

The hotel is in the perfect location across from the beach and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable, memory foam. I would book a sea view next time to get a balcony. The only down side was the breakfast. We booked bed and breakfast but the breakfast room was to small and there were to many tables in the room. We only managed to have breakfast 1 morning out of 7 it was that busy. And it was only a 2 hour window for breakfast. 8 till 10am which made it more cramped.

Dear all, I had a great experience at this hotel. The food was amazing, especially breakfast and dinner. The location is excellent, and everything was very clean — our room was cleaned daily. My only complaint is the lack of a terrace, which meant we had no place to dry our laundry, so it stayed wet most of the time. Also, the rooms could have been a bit more spacious. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

We had the pleasure of staying here in mid September for 5 nights. Reception staff appears very welcoming, polite and helpful. Location is great, car parking is avaliable at a charhe nearby the hotel. Restaurant and breakfast staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Food are great particularly we liked lunch in front of hotel.

Just back from a week's stay here. The location is perfect - right beside the beach and 2 minutes from the old town. We were a party of 4 and had two rooms - one was slightly on the small size, while the other was spacious. However both rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a great buffet select. The rooftop pool was amazing.

We booked this hotel based on great reviews, but our experience was mixed. Upon arrival, we found hair on the floor and towel in our room, so we requested a switch. The staff accommodated us, but the second room had a plumbing issue with the toilet. Maintenance responded quickly and resolved it, though for the price we paid, we expected a smoother experience. On the positive side, the beach nearby is absolutely incredible—perfect if you love swimming in the sea. We initially chose the hotel for its rooftop pool but ended up not using it because the beach was so close. Breakfast was included and exceeded expectations, with plenty of variety and great options.

Yelp
Quick info About me: 30 male Filipino American, healthcare professional, traveled to 77 countries and stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world. So, Hopefully citing my background will provide some credibility to this heartfelt review I very seldom do. Summary: Hotel is 2/10 | (+) Great Location as it is beach front. (-) extremely Rude Staff, Noisy - Thin Walls, Smells like pee in the lobby, smells like damp in the room and Zero amenities! Check-in was poor (August 29, 2017 at 5pm). Guy greeted us with smile but that was the end of his good deed for the day. He forgot to include the logistics of breakfast time, amenities, wifi, etc. It was like pulling teeth to ask everything. The lobby stinks like urine. It is on the basement and accessible via stair or the slow and manual elevator, manual as in you have to push and hold the button to go up and down. Poor architecture and poor location design. Why would you put the lobby in the basement? Since the receptionist at check in forgot to issue single use (one device one wifi password), I had to go back down and get it. Did I mention the phone does not work? What an inconvenience! Room stinks like a towel that didn't get dried appropriately. The bed was two twin combined to make a king bed but both kept separating in the middle. And to top it all, It was hard like a cardboard. The bathroom was poorly maintained and the lighting is atrocious. There is a window access with a view of five story apartment with tenant's cooking and showering. Underneath were restaurants and bars so it was so noisy the entire time! First day was horrible and just when you thought it could not get any worst, it did! The following day (August 30), I went down to get a wine opener, because there is none in the room. Don't ask me why. I arrived at the lobby and IGOR was the front desk person. IGOR was talking to his "guy friend" and they were giggling and talking about upcoming night plans.
