This hotel is ideally located for Split old town. The best thing for us though was how wonderful all the staff were - without exception. We arrived at a time when I needed to get to a dentist quickly. Dora immediately sorted out everything for us - appointment, taxi - and I was fixed up within 2 hours by the superb team at Tim Vuković Dental. We could then get on with enjoying our holiday. (And the food!) Maja helped us make the most of our time in Split with excellent recommendations for walks, beaches, restaurants and boat trips. Everything was immaculate and efficient thanks to the wonderful house-keeping and waiting teams. Breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty, with eggs cooked however you wanted. We were so sad to leave.

Stayed here for 6 nights after a multiple tour of Balkans. Very friendly staff throughout the stay, very helpful and brilliant service from.the whole team. Location is excellent with a nice garden area. Room was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast selection plentiful and well stocked up.

What a super hotel this is. It’s tucked away down a side street, however it is a lovely hotel with a very pleasant garden to the front, with chairs and tables to sit and have a drink or eat breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and the omelettes were great. Staff were very polite, kind and helpful, offering tips on where to visit and what restaurants to eat at. The rooms were super. Modern and comfortable with great air con. Our bathroom was large and modern with a fantastic walk in powerful shower. The location was perfect - a couple of minutes walk from the Diocletian Palace. Everything was in walking distance, with the marina being only five minutes walk. We loved Split, and would definitely go back. We did a three island half day tour, from Desk 3 at the marina, it was good fun. Word of warning, Split airport is rubbish. Very busy and one place to buy stale sandwiches or cheap burger and chips. Take an amazing focaccia sandwich instead from the many street food shops in Split. We ate at Ciri Biri Bella, Mamas food and drink and both were absolutely delicious. Great seafood or tapas. Must book at Ciri Biri Bella though.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Split old town, but with free parking just next to the hotel. Service is great with a high degree of friendliness and professionality. The breakfast with a la carte variation of eggs provided by the kitchen gave a nice start of the day.||Rooms were spacious enough given that you probably spend most of the days outside of the hotel room, but there are some needs for refurbishment (at least in our room).

Hotel had the most helpful and friendly front desk and kitchen staff. Helped us find local restaurants and made us a meal before our early morning excursion. Rooms were very comfortable with a short walk to the Old Town. 100% would stay here again.

This charming hotel, a former residential home, offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Its prime location means you're only a couple of minutes' walk from Diocletian's Palace, but wonderfully secluded from the city's hustle and bustle. We absolutely loved the gorgeous garden courtyard, an ideal spot for unwinding and starting the day with their delicious breakfast. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They were so hospitable and helpful, even offering to let us park our motorcycle in the garden when we couldn't find a spot. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and having breakfast in the serene courtyard was a real treat

Staff are friendly and helpful, offering many dining and sightseeing recommendations in Split and even in other parts of Croatia we planned to visit in the coming days. I spent many hours in the courtyard enjoying breakfast or drinks, or just hanging out. The location is excellent and, due to its accessibility, parking, and calmer atmosphere, I believe preferable to anything inside the city walls.

It's a nice hotel. It's clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, and a 10-minute walk to the Riva. Free parking is a huge plus and very convenient. Parking is very close to the hotel. We had some issues with the parking card and leaving the parking after our stay, but nothing too bad. Breakfast is okay. The diversity in options is poor, but the food is delicious. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a stay in split, especially because of the free parking.
