Staff are friendly and helpful, offering many dining and sightseeing recommendations in Split and even in other parts of Croatia we planned to visit in the coming days. I spent many hours in the courtyard enjoying breakfast or drinks, or just hanging out. The location is excellent and, due to its accessibility, parking, and calmer atmosphere, I believe preferable to anything inside the city walls.

This charming hotel, a former residential home, offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Its prime location means you're only a couple of minutes' walk from Diocletian's Palace, but wonderfully secluded from the city's hustle and bustle. We absolutely loved the gorgeous garden courtyard, an ideal spot for unwinding and starting the day with their delicious breakfast. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They were so hospitable and helpful, even offering to let us park our motorcycle in the garden when we couldn't find a spot. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and having breakfast in the serene courtyard was a real treat

Unfortunately we were not able to stay here. We walked by and observed the menu for breakfast! Very friendly and tasty. A simple buffet. Well stocked and delicious. All questions were answered immediately. Open seating and quite enjoyable. I would return with my wife. The vegetables were cooked well. The meats were typical of the region. There was even cereal for those interested.||I enjoyed the breads and croissants!!

It's a nice hotel. It's clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, and a 10-minute walk to the Riva. Free parking is a huge plus and very convenient. Parking is very close to the hotel. We had some issues with the parking card and leaving the parking after our stay, but nothing too bad. Breakfast is okay. The diversity in options is poor, but the food is delicious. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a stay in split, especially because of the free parking.

My family and I have stayed here two years in a row and will continue to return! The hotel has wonderful staff, a clean and well run hotel and in a perfect location.

Great hotel just on the edge of the old town, 5 minutes walk from Diocletians palace and with restaurants even closer. Staff were brilliant, giving advice on trips, restaurants and even telling me which cash machines to use. Rooms are spacious and spotless with large bathrooms. Lovely garden to have breakfast in or evening drinks. Breakfast is basic but good quality, with buffet and fresh eggs and pancakes to order. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable hotel with good-size rooms in an amazing location. Beds were firm and comfortable. Everything was super-clean and well-maintained. There is a beautiful garden with restaurant and bar; breakfast (included) was decent but not fantastic (though the eggs were superfresh and well cooked). The hotel is in a perfect location -- you can get really close in a car so you dont have to drag your bags far, but it is right in the heart of downtown, a 3 minute walk to the walls of the Diocletian Palace and within the pedestrian area. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Brought my husband here for 3 nights for his birthday, chose the hotel based on the reviews and was not disappointed.|Great location, literally 5 min walk from main streets/square. 10 mins to promenade. |The national theatre is around the corner and beautiful singers performed on the steps each night whilst people sat in the square in front to listen. |The hotel owner and employees are all lovely and super helpful, also helped me arrange cake and champagne for my husband as a surprise. |Breakfast is included and lovely made to order omelettes and continental choices.|Our room was big with comfortable bed, great rain shower, big tv with many English channels and a small fridge. The best part was the amazing aircon !! I didn’t realise how super hot Split would be in August even late evenings, was a struggle sight seeing in the heat so I loved coming back to our room each time.|Enjoyed the bar and sitting outside, prices were very reasonable especially compared to bars literally a street or 2 away in the main centre. I wished the bar opened beyond 10pm as the evening was still lovely and light that time and temperatures started cooling to enjoy. Also shame the restaurant didn’t open evenings as would’ve loved to have ate there too. |Due to central location was noisy one night with people passing by till about 4am but not hotels fault. |Would definitely recommend booking here and would return if visited Solit again.
