Hotel Marzol Acapulco

The rooms were simple, no fan, minimal everything. Clean, friendly, nice pool.

My in laws booked this hotel for us. Check in was a fiasco, parking the car in the underground parking was a joke. You have to let them know to open the gate & then wait for them to come open it. The room was $2,000 pesos a night, I understand it was spring break, but I was expecting something a little better for the price. First thing, the door didn’t have a lock. The sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock (& I have a young child) the shower didn’t have a door & the water didn’t drain. The sheets had a lot of stains & visible blood on them. We did NOT stay.

Decent hotel but terrible service at the reception, I had an awful experience with a receptionist she didn't want to give me my room key and she was so extremely rude!

It was amazing! One of the best places i have been. I liked a lot
