4 days later and still no reply. I have asked to cancel my reservation and they have not contacted me at all. I would absolutely never stay here unless you want to risk your information and have terrible service.

I booked a stay at this hotel with friends, and unfortunately it appears they were affected by a phishing scam. What's most concerning is not just the incident itself, but the hotel's lack of accountability and follow-through afterward.
I received one initial response acknowledging that this was the result of a phishing attempt, but despite following up at least three times over two days, I have not received any meaningful response since. They have not clearly acknowledged that the attack was successful, nor have they explained what steps they are taking to address the issue or protect guests going forward.
The lack of transparency and communication has been very disappointing and has left me feeling uneasy about how guest security concerns are handled.
