We stayed here with our friends and had the two adjoining balcony rooms at the front, which proved to be a great decision as we affectively had a balcony the full width of the Hotel.||The rooms themselves were very acceptable, even though we had a small problem with a broken flush which the hotel handled well.||The breakfast was very good and they catered for my wife’s Gluten free diet.||The front of house guys were great, with Ivan being particularly helpful.||The hotel is situated right on the front with great access to the old town. We didn’t notice any problems with noise and the air con worked very well.||There is no Pool at the Hotel, but there is free use of a private beach resort just along the coast with a free shuttle bus bookable from reception. Once there, the use of the Loungers and Parasols are free. Transport back is arranged by the resort front desk - the journey takes about 10 mins and can be walked in about 40 - a pleasant walk along the coast, passing lots of other beaches and bars.||The other beach we used was the St Nikolai Island resort - a short ferry trip ( about £5) return, and once there the choice of a number of beaches is yours, again free parasols and loungers if you take the towels from the Mauro that show you are part of the same group as the resort.||Things we liked about Porec- the restaurants ( Aba, Sarajevo, Nono for Pizza) Bars- Torre Rotunda, Lapidorium for live music, wine corner. Boat trips to Rovinj and Venice.||So I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, a great find.
