Hotel Maximilian's

An excellent choice for a central stay in Augsburg. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Parking was convenient, with a dedicated entrance from the rear parking garage directly into the hotel.

Fantastic location right in the middle of the Main Street but not noisy at all. Beautiful lobby, excellent reception staff, and comfortable, clean rooms. This was a great stay - so many restaurants nearby, lots of shopping opportunities, as well as close to the tourist information office that gives an excellent English tour.

This hotel is awesome!! Old world service with new world amenities. You definitely get a good value for the price. Incredible location with great access to shopping and restaurants as well as a great breakfast. 10/10 recommend in you’re in Augsburg!

What a great property! I am so glad to have this in my arsenal for myself and clients when in Augsburg! Theodore Gandenheimer is an amazing Director who cares so much for this property and it shines throughout the rooms, the common areas, the restaurants and reception. A great stay was had. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful room with an adjoining room for our 15 year old son. His first time with his own room which he loved. The adjoining door was too heavy for me to open, however. ||The rooms were both excellently fitted out with modern amenities. Appreciated having a coffee machine that could also do hot water for tea. ||Good location on a main street. ||Bathroom was great, the only thing is I had to rinse the bath before use as there were hairs in it. ||Appreciated the generous check out time of midday, & the macaroons/berries on arrival, & the bottles of water on checkout. ||Wished we had longer.

Stayed for only one night: Expensive charging, no restaurant Sunday, no answering of telephone reception/room service, bar brought wrong drinks and never asked for a second For this price segment (also drinks and mini bar very expensive) not good - I can't recommend with that service level

Excellent hotel. There is construction going on near the parking lot, so use the hotel as your destination on Google Maps and not the parking lot itself. However, when I called the reception for help, they kindly explained me how I could park my car. The hotel is very well located, there are plenty of restaurants nearby (and the hotel has one as well), and you’re within walking distance to the main attractions. The hotel is very sober and clean. Our room was also very comfortable, spacious and had great toiletries. The hotel buffet only goes until 10h30 and you’re reminded of that even if you arrive at 10h10, and the choice could be better, namely for fruits and cakes/pastries, but it’s ok. Good overall value for money. Highly recommended!
