Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur City Centre is modern yet welcomes you warmly. Some rooms are quite spacious, and it puts you close to the major attractions. A few different aspects of my stay impressed me, but the professionalism of the security guard was surely a big one. They were up and about to guide all guests to the smoking area with such ease, comfort, and in conformity with hotel policies. This nice touch added to the already pleasant stay. And such good service with lovely facilities and an exceptionally tranquil atmosphere cannot be ignored... it's worth the visit!

Whether you're here for business or leisure, the central location makes everything incredibly convenient.Check-In & Staff:Check-in was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome. They were unfriendly, but efficient. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a middle priority for the team.Rooms:My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, with quality linens that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures, plush towels, and premium toiletries. As well as the high-speed Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly throughout my stay.Amenities:The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a diverse menu to suit every taste. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I took advantage of the spa services, which were absolutely rejuvenating. Cleanliness & Comfort:Throughout my stay, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Every space, from the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, was spotless. The comfort level was also good, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit.Overall Experience:I had a great time at [Hotel Maya], and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of not bad service, great location, and good amenities makes it a standout choice for any traveler. Rating: 4/5

Perfect location, close to the Petronas Twin Towers. The hotel is clean and the staff is polite l. The breakfast is really good, I found good cappuccino and western food for my necessities. The price quality ratio is extremely good. Strongly recommended.

I absolutely love this hotel! Here’s what makes it great: 1. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. 2. The bathtub is amazing! 3. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. 4. Excellent value for money—great facilities at an affordable price, plus a prime location within walking distance of the Twin Towers. 5. Free drinking water refills. 6. Friendly and welcoming staff. 7. A café and minibar on the ground floor that stays open late. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Kuala Lumpur!

My recent stay at Hotel Maya KLCC was delightful. The location is unbeatable, just a stone’s throw from KLCC and all its attractions. The convenience of being close to iconic landmarks, dining options, and shopping malls made the experience even better. The hotel itself offers a comfortable and stylish ambiance, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’d definitely recommend it for its prime location and excellent amenities.

Pros: 1. Good location as it is near to other attractions. Cons: 1. Old and dirty. You can find stains on curtains and pillows. 2. Poor noise isolation. You will hear ramping sounds from motorcycles every midnight around 2 a.m. 3. There was no hot water when we took the shower in our first room. Requested to change to a different room but the new room had only warm water. 4. Their lifts are pretty slow. There was no notification sound when the lift has arrived.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Maya Kuala Lumpur City Center from December 30, 2024, to January 4, 2025 (Booking ID: 330630426, Premier Room type) left a very negative impression. The most disappointing aspect was the attitude of the staff and their complete lack of involvement in solving guests’ problems.||Cons:| 1. Staff Attitude:|My wife has a fear of heights, and the open corridor route from the elevator to the room became a significant challenge for her. We asked the front desk for an alternative, but we were told that no rooms were available, and the issue was dismissed outright.|I suggested the possibility of paying extra or checking all available rooms for the duration of our stay, but this request was ignored. Such indifference towards guests is deeply upsetting and does not align with the service level expected from a 5-star hotel.|Moreover, I sent an email on December 31, but I never received a response. Ultimately, neither the reception staff nor the email support was able to assist us.| 2. Room Condition:|| • The room was dirty, and the furniture required repair. For example, the back panel of the TV cabinet was detached and lying on the floor, exposing accumulated dirt and dust.| • Dirt was visible in the joints between the furniture and the walls.| • The air conditioner could not be fully turned off — it kept running even when switched off.| • The window view overlooked a cemetery, which was not disclosed in advance.| • Soundproofing was non-existent: all night, we could hear the noise of passing cars as if the window was open.| • The room was located next to a staff utility room, and every morning, the noise from their cleaning preparations was unbearable.|| 3. Other Issues:|A particularly unpleasant moment occurred on January 1, when a cleaning staff member called us to ask if they could clean the room right after New Year’s Eve.||Pros:| • The room was spacious.| • The breakfast was acceptable.| • The hotel’s location is convenient relative to major attractions.||The main issue with the hotel is the attitude of the staff: a lack of interest in solving guests’ problems, ignoring requests, and inaction in challenging situations. The service level does not match the claimed 5-star rating. I hope the hotel management will address these problems and take measures to improve the quality of service and living conditions.

l wanted to have a room with bathtub, hence l booked older room deluxe room. All the heritage room do not have bathtub.No doubt that the room was old and dirty mini fridge and wardrobe.TV was not functioning and no refilled of coffee & tea bags. Please change the single-use bottles of bath amenities to refillable dispensers if the hotel is so- called practicing eco-friendly policy as no water bottle was provided in the room.The small bottle of biscuits was a nice touch. If the room rate is above RM200, then there are many better hotels in Bukit Bintang area.
