Food and location is too good.. Just 500mitre distance from main Channkedhava temple, Under restaurant there are Bar, Food and breakfast facilities available. Not that much rushed. So you can enjoy dinner happily. Also rooms and stay is very good.

Room & Bathroom is clean, sufficient for a day or two stay. Food is good, other many options around. Bed linen and towels didn't seem very clean. Location is very close to temple Service is good.

Spacious rooms are clean & neat. The food served here is very reasonable & tastey.I liked the tea which served here very much.

Hotel Mayura Velapuri in Belur is a neat and clean property, conveniently located at a walkable distance from the temple. The hotel provides ample parking space, which is great for travelers with vehicles. The rooms are very spacious, offering a comfortable stay. While the overall maintenance is good, there is definitely room for improvement in the upkeep of bed sheets and pillow covers. With a bit more attention to linen quality, this hotel can offer an even better experience for guests.

I bring you for your notice that, me & my family visit the KSTDC Belur, we stayed, accommodation was good, visit the restaurant food was good but hygiene was poor as me and my mum found hair in our food. When we mentioned it, the Chethan who is the waiter said accidents could happen and he said it could be my mum's hair. I asked him, if the chef wore a hair net and the waiter said no -_-, Chethan waiter he his not responded properly. He also vulgar language he used. which is an awful hygiene practice in a restaurant. We won't visit this place again or recommend it to anyone. I wrote a letter to manager & given to him. Kindly remove waiter like this staff. Thanking you. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at KSTDC Mayura Velapuri during our visit to Belur on 18 May 2025. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Chennakesava Temple, which makes it ideal for early morning or late evening temple visits without worrying about transport. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities we needed. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the hot water supply was consistent. The staff was polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. The in-house restaurant served simple but tasty vegetarian food, and service was prompt. There's also decent parking space, which was convenient as we were on a road trip. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money option if you’re visiting Belur. Peaceful, well-located, and government-run with reliable standards—highly recommended for families and travelers looking to explore the heritage sites nearby.

Very well maintained rooms. The food is also very good, although a little expensive. Staff are friendly, you can park your car also here. There is hot water available through geyser and shower

Room was pretty big, but it's right in center of city/Town which sometimes makes feel good and other way around Door knobs are very tight, there are chances of fingers getting damaged if proper caution not taken while opening doors But overall ok for 1 day and 1 night halt for rest and drive next day. We did not take food much here as we had lot of street dishes on highway/hill sections.
