Hotel MDM

Perfect location, everything you need to see in Warsaw is within walking distance. The hotel is clean, smells great, breakfasts are delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to MDM Hotel the next time I'm in Warsaw and I totally recommend it for all travelers! The view from the 5th floor is great 😃

Spend three nights for a conference. Very easy to reach from the airport via bus, several trams stop right next to it. Fantastic location to explore Warsaw. Clean rooms, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Would come again.

I stayed in Warsaw in 5 other hotels but this one (Hotel MDM) I rate as the top one. Perfect location, spacious and comfortable rooms. Good size bathroom. Air conditioning working very well and is quiet. Windows can be closed for the night eliminating street noise. Very good and convenient meeting spot in front of hotel's door for uber or taxi. Currently, hotel is renovating restaurant thus breakfasts are in small restaurant in the same building but with entrance around the corner. Plenty of restaurants within 2 to 10 min walking distance. Concierge very friendly, attentive and helpful. Definitely will stay there when next time in Warsaw. For EWarsaw is priced moderately. Highly recommend.

Great hotel for a city break. MDM is quite central , friendly and helpful staff & good clean room /ensuite . We had to walk around the corner for breakfast as they were renovating their restaurant but the different facility was attractive and offered a good breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel .

Good value hotel. Very clean rooms.and ideally placed for transport and cafes/ restaurants/ bars. Staff were very helpful. Only downside was lack of hotel bar / lounge. Would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel MDM is an excellent place to stay. Check in was seamless and the rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. The hotel is located in a central location near many restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Public transit is available right outside the door. The staff are friendly and keep the hotel spotless! Be careful when making reservations and trusting Yor personal and credit card information with this hotel. After we checked out, the hotel wihdraw 269eur from my fathers credit card without any verbal nor written notice. When I wrote email to the hotel, they explained this was for the “destroyed table at the restaurant, which was just renewed at November”. The “destroyed table” has few litle bruises on it. I tried to explain for that man/women, that it is by default understood, that when I pay for the breakfast/lunch/any meal at the restaurant, I pay also for clean floor, dishes, tables, carpets etc. So maybe they would like me to clean my room or the carpet at the restaurant or wash my dishes? And it doesnt matter if my kid did that or did he not - first of all the intention of taking money (in this case unfortunately I call that stealing) from my fathers credit card should have been discussed with me (as mother of the kid) abd my father (as the one, they charge, because I paid with debit card, so they just webt the easiest way). And secondly - the question for anyone reading - have You ever heard that restaurant charged You for new table (which I am sure they are not buing, this is a theft). I add the picture of “destroyed table” for 269eur. By the way, my sister asked (hanging the “do not disturb” sign on the door), that her room wasnt going to be cleaned. Guess what? They did “clean” it. And said that if You do not want us to enter the room, You have to come to reception and add Your room to the list.

Nice hotel with a very good location and friendly staff. Room was very spacious, also the bathroom was a very fair size and clean. Mini fridge was a great addition. Breakfast was served at the nearby restaurant and it was okay, the restaurant itself was a nice and charming place.||Something in the room (maybe aircondition, not sure) was making an annoying buzzing noise at a regular rate and it was disturbing especially at night. I don't really know where that sound came from, but it took off at last half star.||Overall, however, a very good experience.

What is not to like from a hotel that is so central and offers a view of the culture and science centre. It is quite close to the central train station as well. Paid 20 zloty to get there by taxi. The entrance/reception area is quite simple looking. It seems a bit old and not too creative as a space. However the rooms have a nice touch of modernity. Quite unique I would say and they are very very spacious. What I didn't like was that the bathroom didn't smell as clean as I would have liked. The view from our room was excellent as aforementioned. The downside is that you have to pay extra for the internet which I found a bit strange. You pay per day so we paid 20 zloty for 36 hours.

I'm not a customer, but I live nearby. The hotel's owner is in conflict with the city due to a huge banner that's covering it's whole facade. The city has been trying to get rid of it for years, but they always manage to find a loophole. Even if you don't care about the social responsibility of the hotel's owner, just watch out when booking, so you don't get a room with a view obscured by the banner.
