The worst hotel experience of my life! I stayed at Hotel MDM from Tuesday to Wednesday, but somehow — even though I gave the correct dates — my reservation ended up being for Friday/Saturday. When I arrived, I was told that yes, they had my booking, but for the wrong day, and that I had to pay again because there was “absolutely no possibility” to change it, not even with an extra fee! I was forced to pay on the spot and then told to contact the reservations department to request a refund or a date change. And what did I find out? No refund, no date change, nothing at all. Just money lost and zero help. This is an outrageous way to treat customers. I travel regularly — in Warsaw and all over the world — and I have never, anywhere, experienced such blatant cheating and dishonesty. In my opinion, this is nothing less than scamming and robbing guests under the cover of “hotel policy.” It felt like a bad joke rather than professional hospitality. I strongly warn everyone against this hotel! Don’t waste your money, time, or nerves — Warsaw has plenty of hotels that actually respect their guests.

The location of MDM Hotel is excellent—right in the heart of Warsaw with plenty of restaurants, shops, and easy access to trams and buses just steps away. It’s a very convenient base for exploring the city. We stayed in a deluxe room which was quite basic in terms of decor, but very spacious and functional. It included a safe, a small fridge, a kettle, and tea/coffee (though no milk or cream provided). One thing that really stood out was how clean the room was—spotless every day, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of a note left by the housekeeping team to say who had cleaned the room. A few things could be improved: the towels were quite small, especially for adults, and the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows. This meant that in the evenings, the neighboring building across the way had a clear view inside. Also, while the room had plenty of lighting, turning them all on required navigating eight different switches—streamlining that would definitely make things easier. A great feature was the water fountain on each floor offering still, sparkling, and chilled water—super convenient and eco-friendly. The bar area downstairs was lovely too, with a nice atmosphere and very reasonably priced drinks. Breakfast was just okay—not bad, but nothing special. The hot options were limited (sausage, eggs, and oatmeal), and the rest mostly consisted of cold cuts, salad, bread, cereal, yogurts, and what looked like a cheesecake-style pudding. There was some maintenance work happening during our stay, but it didn’t interfere with anything. Overall, a very decent hotel with great service.

Very convenient location of the hotel in the city center. Nearby there is all the infrastructure: cafes, shops, pharmacies. The administrators are friendly, especially thank you for the possibility of early check-in! For breakfast, various options are offered, which can be easily selected for the baby. There are high chairs and small toys. The room is neat and warm, there is everything you need. The cleanliness and service are pleasantly surprising. Wi-Fi has never failed.

The Hotel MDM is a modern, stylish hotel in a historic building. We were very pleased with both the friendly staff and our clean, beautiful and spacious room. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious, with something for every taste. The staff were also very friendly. We would be happy to return next time, we are in Warsaw.

This is a really nice hotel. Has been renovated recently and the rooms are very nicely decorated - really large and spacious and the bathrooms are also good and spacious too and have also been renovated. Can't really fault the place - it's not expensive, it's good and it is in a great location for transport and a great view down Constitution Place. Rooms are quiet too despite overlooking the road.

First time visiting Warsaw and so glad I picked this hotel .Even though rated as a 3 star it felt more, the place was spotless and the room was spacious .The breakfast was on a promo so we had it where normally we would go out for breakfast. It was regularly stocked up and had choices for different nationalities and had decent tea for an English person .The staff were friendly and helpful. Its a bit further out from the old town but the buses are so cheap or hire a scooter ,that’s what we did .I would stay again at this hotel .

A nice hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 516 (deluxe room) and it was very quiet and the beds were comfortable, it was also very clean. However the breakfast could have been better with more to choose from, it was the same range of food everyday.

Amazing location. The hotel is very clean as well. There is a paid public parking infront of the hotel, and the cars are constantly coming in and out, meaning everyone stays there for a short time. So, if it's full you can wait a little and there will be spaces. Also free parking on weekends I think.

Yelp
What is not to like from a hotel that is so central and offers a view of the culture and science centre. It is quite close to the central train station as well. Paid 20 zloty to get there by taxi. The entrance/reception area is quite simple looking. It seems a bit old and not too creative as a space. However the rooms have a nice touch of modernity. Quite unique I would say and they are very very spacious. What I didn't like was that the bathroom didn't smell as clean as I would have liked. The view from our room was excellent as aforementioned. The downside is that you have to pay extra for the internet which I found a bit strange. You pay per day so we paid 20 zloty for 36 hours.

Yelp
I'm not a customer, but I live nearby. The hotel's owner is in conflict with the city due to a huge banner that's covering it's whole facade. The city has been trying to get rid of it for years, but they always manage to find a loophole. Even if you don't care about the social responsibility of the hotel's owner, just watch out when booking, so you don't get a room with a view obscured by the banner.
