Our family had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service throughout was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming. The entire property was spotless and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The dining experience was also excellent. There was a wide variety of food available, with the menu changing daily, which kept each meal enjoyable and fresh. As someone who mainly eats vegetables and chicken, I always found plenty of delicious options to choose from. Traveling with a young child, I especially appreciated the facilities for families. My 1.5-year-old son loved the children’s swimming pool — the water was warm, clean and safe, making it perfect for little ones. Overall, this hotel provided us with a relaxing and memorable family holiday. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and didn’t disappoint. I’d emailed before and asked for a room near to the lift and this was arranged. Also we had a walk in shower which was perfect. The rooms are basic but clean and big. On our 2nd day a bottle of fizz was left and a thank you card for returning. The pool doesn’t open till 10am and no trouble getting beds as there’s plenty. We were all inclusive and the food for breakfast/lunch and dinner was varied and great tasting. Our 10yr old granddaughter ate really well. The staff are lovely in the restaurant and serve your drinks at the table. So it’s more of a restaurant experience. Some of the bar staff are abit moody. However the lady with grey hair and the older man are really lovely and more than make up for the others. We will definitely be back.

Spent 2 weeks at this hotel in August 2025, the hotel is very clean and the food is very good with a variety of hot food and salads. There was something for everyone. We were welcomed by the reception staff who were very polite and helpful. We have to this hotel several time be4 covid. I was chuffed to bits to see the lady still serving behind the bar. The other barstaff that stood out was Julian the tattoo man. The other was Miguel Aka Tom Cruise. This hotel is tops and we will be returning. Thankyou to all the staff they worked so hard

Arrived early, stored luggage and got our all inclusive cards (they use room key cards instead of wristbands). Straight to the snack bar located by the pool - burgers, hot dogs, pizza and toasties. You are allowed one drink per card (depends on who serves you, some waiters didn't go by this rule). Room was lovely, double bed and two singles beds for the kids. Fridge in the room and the AC works when the key card is kept in the place where you turn the lights on. Breakfast was great, full English and continental. Lunch and dinner a bit hit and miss but always found something. Night time entertainment didn't start until 9:30 ish. We went out most nights 5 mins walk to sinatra and tropical bar. 20 min walk tot he beach, bus stop outside of the hotel. Hotel was clean, staff lovely. Would definitely go again. Get your sun loungers before 8:30 or they're all gone for the day.

Just got back home this morning. 2nd time with my family - first in 2023 with ex-partner, exactly the same staff which was lovely. A really lovely team - especially Roberto the waiter in the restaurant and Vanessa the cleaner. I honestly can't fault our experience- really happy! |Spotless hotel, food choice was great (a lot of hotels could take tips from this one food wise) - the bar staff were great. Loads of sunbeds. My brother has additional needs and can be quite fussy with diet, the restaurant manager was really lovely and helped us to keep him happy (thank you!). |Beds comfy, rooms really clean. Staff an absolute asset to the hotel - ty for a lovely stay - We will deffo be back :)

Second visit this year having been here in April.|The 2 drinks maximum has been mentioned by others. Don’t serve All Inclusive guest until 10 am. Eh? Why?|Given a ticket for any drinks at dinner which you have to show at the reception area before leaving even if you are not paying for it . Beats me.|At the snack bar I was told to walk round to the other non- food bar area to be serve with a drink if I wasn’t eating. What a palaver!|Much, much hotter! As a consequence we made it into the pool this time. Good air con in the bar area though as in most hotels there were no instructions as to how to operate the air con in our room. Quite windy most of the time which revealed the inadequacies of the parasols .Old and dangerous, as the rods were in many cases prodding through the canvas. Many blown over. Need replacing soon before someone comes a cropper. No where near 4 star standard.|Far too many sun beds. Only 50% were ever in use and they were far too close together.|Food particularly at lunch time was repetitive and I spent several days else where and unlike on my previous visit, the food became cold when left out too long. Also the chips were strangely flat.|Several nights we were disturbed by loud talking neighbours and guests pounding on doors shouting to be let in a room which wasn’t theirs.|Were allocated the room we requested.|This time the snack bar was open and it wasn’t the best with unappetising hot dogs, dodgy burgers and unusual small cheese toasties.

I have just returned from a long weekend at this hotel and I found it to be fantastic. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are large with plenty of storage space. The food was good, I never struggled to find anything to eat and I am quite fussy, I personally liked the snack bar as I didn’t always fancy a big meal at lunch time. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the cards for drinks, I do think wrist bands are better, but it wasn’t the end of the world!|We didn’t really see any evening entertainment as we went to the main strip (a 20 min walk) and then the Bar Tropical (a 5 min walk) which had some really good tribute acts and was just a really fun night. You can get a bus from outside the hotel to go to the beach or old town, the location is great and very accessible and plenty around the hotel within walking distance. Overall I was really happy with my stay and I would 100% return. I am confused by some of the bad reviews but then I guess it’s all down to personal preferences.

We have just come back from 10 days all inclusive and stayed at this resort and chose it due to it being family friendly and this being our 22 month old’s first abroad trip. ||The room was spacious and clean and although we arrived super early and our room wasn’t ready, was given access to drop off bags and our all inclusive passes straight away and could use the facilities. ||Some reviews prior to going moaned about food choices etc, we can’t fault the food choice there was loads of different options everyday and ranged everyday bar breakfast which remained the same options. ||Majority of the staff superb in the restaurant however the Snack bar staff a bit awkward - the all inclusive card is colour coded BUT doesn’t include a separate band / colour to indicate you have a child under the age of 2 so everytime we tried to get drinks we had the same reply - 1 drink 1 card and had to explain we had a baby/child (Bebe) to get him his drink…..frustrating! ||Sunbeds are taken pretty much every morning and lucky to get two together - only minor gripes! ||Shout out to Antonio and Enez (known as MAN by our little fella) who were amazing with him as well as all the restaurant staff! ||Short 20 minute walk to the beach and main bar areas, hotel is family orientated and nice and quite of an evening, didn’t use the kids club or entertainment in the evening so can’t comment on that. LIDL store approx 5 min walk away and for those not liking the food choice there is a Mc Donald’s next door pretty much - we stuck with the hotel food which was lovely and plentiful. ||Minor gripes aside loved this hotel and would stay here again in the future 100% - we also loved the fact it was only 2 storeys high and not a high rise like majority of hotels and therefore the sun wasn’t blocked out but also plenty of shaded areas. ||Well worth staying! Recommended for families with younger children for sure!
