Hotel Mediterraneo

2nd time back in less than a year and just as good. Rooms spotless and large. Situated away from the centre however a nice 20 minute walk. Food is excellent. No issues with sun beds plenty available. Lovely pool. |Staff are lovely especially entertainment “Lupe and Jose”were brilliant so dedicated and kind to all of us and our 4 year old niece “Remi” |Thank you we will definitely return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great family hotel. The hotel is lovely very clean with great aircon. The room was clean and very spacious with comfortable beds. The food was good with different options. Pool area was big with lots of sun beds, we never reserved our sun-beds as always plenty to choose from throughout the day. This is a 4 star hotel but compared to 4 star hotels in Greece or turkey it really doesn’t compare but then you get what you pay for. Location was good with some family friendly bars to visit a 5 minute walk away. Overall a great place and we would definitely visit again. |You can hire beach towels from the little shop onsite for €10 per towel which is handy.|No lilos or balls allowed in the pool.|No kettle or tea / making facilities in the rooms so take your own.

We arrived as a party of 10 late at night and were greeted with a smile with the man on the service desk. Checked in (5 rooms total) with no issues and were told they had saved some food for us as we were late arrivals. It was a lovely touch as we'd been travelling all day and none of us had eaten. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, had good, comfy beds and a small sofa and chair. We also had a balcony with two outdoor chairs and a table. The bathroom was also nice and spacious and had a really good shower and bathtub. Facilities in the hotel were also really good. We stayed All Inclusive so we had access to three buffet meals a day, all really nice with different selections every day (breakfast had different pastries and cereals each day, plus the usual cooked breakfast options, dinner and tea had a full grill section different every day which was fantastic - great variety) There was also a snack bar out by the pool which did family friendly options like pizza and burgers. Also nice. The pool bar was good and the indoor bar was cosy. The all inclusive drinks selections weren't huge but it was enough to keep you going, including a "Cocktail Of The Day" The staff were all very friendly and attentive. I would definitely visit again The only real negative I can think of is the rooms didn't provide a kettle. Apart from this though, all was fantastic. Thank you

First time staying at Hotel Mediterraneo in Benidorm and it did not disappoint. Staff were lovely and answered any queries we had, bar staff and restaurant staff were attentive and made the experience. The hotel was very clean and attention to detail was 10/10. The entertainment catered to all ages and there was a variety of activities the staff offered throughout the day. During our visit the food was lovely and had a varied menu. Would highly recommend staying if you want a quiet hotel away from the strip in Benidorm.

This was mine and my partner’s first time in Benidorm, and we had an excellent experience. |We are both in our early 20s but aren’t too fussed about the night life so we opted for a quieter hotel. It is about a 15-20 minutes walk from the beachfront, which means that around the hotel was quite quiet of an evening, which is what we wanted. There are still plenty bars and shops close to the hotel, with a Mcdonald’s also located just over the road. However, we did not eat anywhere other than the hotel as we were all inclusive and the food there was very nice and had a good variety and themed nights. The themes ranged from Indian cuisine to Mexican, with which my partner and I were very satisfied. |The pool area was kept clean and plenty of sunbeds were always available. The pool itself was quite cold, but this was a bonus during the heatwave when we were there as it helped us cool down.|Reception, bar and restaurant staff were all lovely. They were polite and were happy to answer any questions or queries we had during our stay. |Our room was basic but suited the requirements of our holiday and was cleaned regularly. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly as did the shower.|The only aspect of the hotel that was not of a high standard I believe was the entertainment. The entertainment staff were very friendly, but the standard of entertainment was lacking for us. It was very much oriented around the kids, which is great for families, however we found that it was better for us to go to a bar close to the hotel for entertainment purposes. However, this was only a very small issue for us, that did not change our opinion on the hotel at all.|The transfer to the hotel from the airport was around an hour and a half, but that was due to us using a shared transfer with other drop offs. This again didn’t bother us too much.|Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent and I would recommend to anyone who is considering this as their destination for their holiday.

This hotel is just beautiful, the rooms are spotless and very clean. The entertainment team Lupe and AquaGym (standing joke between us) work their socks off to keep everyone happy and entertained, they don’t get enough credit. I definitely think they need a pay rise. Good selection of drinks on the all inclusive deal. The bar staff are so friendly, I would like to give a shout out to Miguel, Jesus and Julian first class service always with a smile. (Jesus I hope you get yourself a good handbag since you loved mine so much) The maids were so nice and they made our room up everyday. Now for the negative! The food wasn’t good at all, they seem to cater a lot for the Spanish holiday makers. I know everyone has different views on the food but for us as a big family group of 10 no one of us like the food. Would I go back ABSOLUTELY but I’d so self catering.

Decent, clean rooms with balcony. All inclusive food & drinks on the ‘good side’ of average. Located opposite Benidorm palace, can walk to beach or strip in about 15/20m or get taxi for €7. Not much of an atmosphere at hotel but would stay again if visiting benidorm.

Hotel was clean with pretty basic rooms. Nice, big pool with plenty of deck chairs available, but the indoor pool and jacuzzi was by reservation only, and the gym not accessible to guests without a key. The treadmill did not work.|Restaurant food was ok but lacked variety and got bored of the same food after a few days. Not enough options for dessert. As we had paid for half board, the drinks were an extra charge in the evening! Restaurant staff were not very welcoming and quick to take your plate from you.|Evening entertainment was lacking and not catered for all ages, despite it being a family-friendly hotel.|Overall, good location, within the quieter area, about 20 mins walk from the beach/bars/restaurants and shops. I would not stay here again due to the lack of entertainment and variety at the restaurant.
