Hotel Medium Sitges Park

I am staying at the hotel at the moment. It is brilliantly situated so you are central to the town and beach. So if you don’t want a pool or are not fussed about sitting by the pool then this is a great hotel. However I am a single mum with two children. I especially chose this hotel so we could use the pool. Tits such a massive shame because the breakfast is lovely and the bedrooms are good enough, roomy and clean all be it rather in the loud side, but I can get over that. I cannot however accept the sun lounge area. There are barely 20 beds and some of those are deck chairs and only 5 tables to drink at. There is no way that’s enough to accommodate the amount of guests it has residing. That’s super cheeky, taking people’s money and giving them a room but not enough space for them to use the pool. There should be more loungers! Of reduce the rate of rotate lounge time but it’s not okay and I would never had stayed here if I had known. You’re okay to take people’s money though, then tell them the truth. Book this hotel but you may never get a sun bed!

My partner and I stayed here for a relaxing four day break. The hotel is in a good central location just off the main shopping street and walkable to the beach. The breakfast was great with a nice selection and friendly staff. The room was basic with a cramped bathroom, which needs updating. Saying that, the bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well.|One area I did struggle with was trying to get a bed around the pool. Each morning we came down and every bed was covered with a towel and/or bag, with no one using them. On our last full day we wanted to relax around the pool so headed down early and get beds. We were then told that the pool didn’t open until 10:00am and the pool guy was in the process of removing our belongings. We accepted what he told us and went for a walk and returned at 09:50, to only find that all the sunbeds had been taken with towels and no one using them. To say I was furious is an under statement. The reception staff were completely unhelpful and I asked for the manager. The manager came and was just as unhelpful and was asking me what I wanted her to do. They couldn’t even muster an apology. This is our sixth year visiting Sitges and we will never stay at this hotel again.

We had a great stay with our 2 teens. Hotel in a fab location in pedestrianised street surrounded by restaurants and shops. Beach about 5 min walk. Train station and large supermarket approx 5mins too. Room was nice, air con fab which was much needed. Shower hot and powerful. Room nice and dark and quiet (we overlooked a side st). Breakfast good selection, well presented and available until 11am. Although pool area is on small side we didnt have a problem in getting a seat and people did come and go throughout the day. If we visit sitges again would definitely stay in this hotel again.

This hotel was in a good location in the centre of Sitges. In this hotel the only thing I can see that you are paying for is the location and a swimming pool. The lift required a key card to be swiped to activate it, this only worked twice in our whole stay, we must have asked reception around 20 times to check the card, I must say the reception staff were very nice. Our room was small and quite dated, it could do with a refresh, In the bathroom you couldn't even get both legs round the toilet! The room was also quite noisy with doors being slammed and the noisy street nearby. I love Sitges, but wouldnt stay here again.

Hotel Medium is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring both the town and the nearby beaches. The pool area is lovely, and for most of my stay, there were plenty of sun loungers available. There's also a small outdoor bar that operates for about six hours a day, offering a limited snack menu. However, service can be frustratingly slow when it gets busy, I once waited 20 minutes just for a sangria. A concerning moment during my stay was when a large parasol, which hadn’t been properly secured, was blown over, narrowly missing some guests sunbathing nearby. It was quite a scary incident. The rooms were disappointing. Although they’ve had a light refurbishment, they still feel dated, like a 1990s hotel with a bit of surface polish. Notably, the polystyrene ceiling tiles are still in place, which surprised me given the known fire risk. On the plus side, the room was very clean, except for under the bed, which clearly hadn't been swept in a while. Reception service left a lot to be desired, especially considering the price point. Check-in was slow and overly manual, while check-out felt cold and robotic, with no effort made to engage or thank guests. Honestly, a self-service kiosk would have been preferable. Overall, this hotel has potential due to its location and pool, but it falls short in terms of service, room quality, and attention to detail.

My recent experience at Hotel Medium Sitges Park was exceptional. The hotel's location is truly outstanding, situated conveniently for exploring the charming town of Sitges. The comfort of the room exceeded my expectations, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Furthermore, the staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. The only minor drawback was the quality of the WiFi, which, while satisfactory, could benefit from enhancements. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Good location for a short break. Very well located for both shops, beach and local bars and restaurants. Clean functional rooms with air con, fridges and safes. Garden view room was functional but there was some noise from adjoining rooms when guests returned late into the evening. Breakfast was ok but the coffee and tea were dreadful!

The hotel is lovely and perfectly located, but the room itself is poorly maintained and the noise from the adjacent room was quite disruptive. Also if you want a sunbed by the pool, you better be athletic because getting one is basically a competitive sport. ☀️
