Hotel Medium Sitges Park

I recently stayed at Hotel Medium Sitges Park and it was amazing! 😍 The Wifi was top-notch and I had no issues with connectivity. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sitges! 👌

This is a great hotel! The location is just perfect, in the middle of everything (shops, restaurants, bars, etc.). No direct access for a car (taxi), but the pickup/drop off is right around the corner. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a small hotel, everything was fresh and clean, and a large variety of choices. There is a great pool area, just enough to chill, while the beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are quiet and clean. If staying in Sitges this is probably the best hotel to stay at! I will surely be back...

My friends and I stayed here for a week and cannot fault it. Location is great, everything in walking distance including seafront. Staff helpful, rooms cleaned every day ( if you require). The breakfast was outstanding, the choice, the layout, the staff, superb. Would definitely stay again.

So I booked this place after cross referencing reviews on Booking and Google. I arrived earlier than expected and the check in process was nice and smooth. The woman behind the desk, Claudia, was super helpful and kind. I left my bags and headed out. I managed to get checked in at around 1:30pm which was really nice. It’s quite a sprawling building and the room I was in was really nice - there were ants in the bathroom but I figured this was pretty usual? Anyway it was fine. It was rather cold but I figured out how to do the heat and have included a video. I had the breakfast on my booking which is pretty incredible. A wide variety of options available which was great - also there were vegan options as well. On the first breakfast I took one croissant for later and the man who worked there cursed me out in Spanish which was totally unnecessary. I went to reception and she said that even though I had paid for breakfast I could take nothing out of the room - because if I did then everyone would. Now, I appreciate the taking of certain foods but others? A totally ridiculous reaction. This was compounded later that day when I noticed in reception that all the cakes had been cut up and left for guests to take at their will…so strange. Across the week other guests took fruit away with them and I hope they got the same onslaught of insults from the Grumpy employee that I got. Despite this - the location of the hotel is perfect. The room was warm and the bed comfortable. I couldn’t get enough sleep. I’m glad I stayed here but I do think that if there are rules to follow then make it clear for guests.

Terrible experience, be careful when you book this hotel. I just had to cancel my booking due to personal reasons and according to their conditions, I as able to cancel at no cost up to 7 days before arrival. I just cancelled 7 days in advance (today is 19 and the booking is for the 26) and now they want to charge me anyway. I just called the hotel and they showed no intention whatsoever to help, it was useless. Very disappointed because, we were thinking about re-scheduling, but this hotel do not care about its customers.

As many of the reviews say, the breakfast is amazing, a highlight for sure. The pool is stunning as well! We stayed in a double twin room and while the room is spacious enough, it is a little run down and our room lacked natural light. It would probably be a better stay if you choose one of the rooms facing out to the pool, however they are quite a bit more expensive.

Our August 2024 stay at Hotel Medium Sitges Park was nothing short of exceptional. 🌟 The hotel's location is ideal, 📍 being close to the beach and other attractions, with fabulous shops on our doorstep. The room was beautiful and the level of comfort was top-notch. 🛌 Additionally, the cleanliness of the entire hotel was impressive. 🧹 However, what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the staff. 👏 Their attentiveness and friendliness truly made me feel welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay in Sitges. 👌
