Amazing views. Rooms clean and good beds. Shower ok and to be honest i had loud Spanish one side and and some young couple other side in party mode one day/night and it didn't bother me.. the hotel is old and the walls are pretty thick!!. I like the location. The hill isnt that bad. And option of steps or gate open until 8pm below pool.taxi from up near jokers night club 5 euro.. Stopped bed and breakfast but with the bars so close i didnt even make use of that as went out every morning to sit by the sea. One tip.. no British tv if needed..however casting available and wifi good. The hotel outside terrace is well worth a visit in the early evening aswell. Nice calm relaxed hotel. Thanks again. me and my boyfriend booked this abit worried!! as the reviews worried me!! however this hotel is absolutely lovely!! quiet the food was adequate and the view was AMAZING, they were really friendly and the hotel was in a really lovely area catching the sunset every night. the hill was a 2 min walk up but we found some steps which was a lot quicker. i would definitely come again!!

We're a frequent travelling family with small children. We had full board meals. When I first saw the view from the room It was so amazing, that I started to laugh loudly. The location, the room, the food, room service, frequent pool cleaning is more than we dare to expect. Many times we took the short way to get to the hotel walking by the sea, getting in on the back door to exchange climbing up the hill.|Swimming in the sea I looked proudly at the blue Hotel Lido!|Thank you Hotel Lido!

The hotel itself is OK but every single night the evening meal was the the same!! 1 night they swapped chips for potato's but other than that all the same. You had to ring a bell at the bar and the dining staff ran up to serve you. Sometimes waiting 15 minutes for them to appear. But the rooms were basic but clean and the cleaner came each day to clean and give fresh towels. The view from our room was fantastic though, overlooking the whole if lavante and right up to old town.I wouldn't go back again, it's just not my cup of tea

One star for the lovely views over the sea and one star for the comfortable beds. The rooms needed some significant maintainence, the service wasn't great, there was no parking nearby and reception could not direct us to the nearest public parking, and the food was not good.

Little gem. Friendly and nice staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Good effort with the food and variety. Overall it's very likeable. The only negative thing isnt about the actual hotel. If you are overweight, unfit, old, drunk or somehow disabled the slope down to the sea front can be a challenge. There are steps to a very rocky area of sea front. Mobility scooter companies dont supply them to this hotel as coming down the hill could be risky. Apart from the outside geography I actually felt a little sad when we had to leave and would recommend this to anyone if they are fit and have no problem with the hill. There may only be 1 balcony on this building but the hotel could not be positioned any closer to the shore, being on the hill actually means stunning views especially at sunset if you have a sea view room. Cannot fault this hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one week. When we arrived, there was a problem with the balcony room that I had ordered. Later, we found out that it was Love Holidays' fault, not the hotel's. The lady at reception was very nice, and all the staff were very friendly.||As for the dining, it depends on your personal taste. There are not a lot of options available. Personally, we did not like the food and ended up eating out quite a bit. The breakfast was extremely basic. They had nice tea and coffee machines, but unfortunately, they had them switched off at lunch and dinner. The room was very clean and tidy, and the housekeeper was fantastic.

Our anticipation for a peaceful getaway was met with profound disappointment and discomfort during our stay at the hotel Lido. Upon our arrival, we were initially elated by its prime location and the warm reception provided by the staff. However, our optimism soon dissipated.||||The room we were assigned was strikingly basic, lacking essential amenities such as a kettle for tea and coffee, or a fridge. Our first room even had the unsettling discovery of hair under the pillows. The quality of the pillows themselves left much to be desired, with the top ones being excessively firm and uncomfortable, seemingly more for aesthetics than comfort. The remaining pillows were flimsy and lacked any support. The air conditioning unit in the room barely functioned, and the presence of mold around the windows and the air conditioner grating was a significant concern.||||Promptly, we were relocated to a room with a magnificent view, which did uplift our spirits. However, to our dismay, the same issues persisted, and the mold problem in the new room was notably worse, despite assurances that it had been thoroughly inspected by the cleaning team prior to our transfer.||||Upon reporting these issues to the reception, we were taken on a tour of the available rooms, only to find the majority afflicted by mold. We were told, shockingly, that maintenance had been neglected due to a busy period. Eventually, we settled for a room that was free of mold, but it still exhibited signs of water damage on the walls.||||The breakfast offered was disappointingly basic, with limited options. The quality of the meats was subpar, being lukewarm at best, an inadequate experience, particularly for those expecting a cooked breakfast.||||The hotel's amenities were also severely lacking, especially if one wished to bask in the sunshine by the poolside. The limited space and a small pool made it challenging to accommodate more than a small group of people comfortably. An emergency contact sign by the poolside was shockingly devoid of any information.||||In light of our uncomfortable and unsatisfactory stay at the hotel Lido, we made the difficult decision to check out and find alternative accommodations due to the poor conditions we encountered.
