Smells, and smells
I actually believe the cleaning staff do everything they can. It’s because things are old and smells have gone deep into floors, walls and everything else. It just need a good renovation, rip everything make it new.
Overall this hotel has so much potential. Great location, slow service, good food and restaurant, rooms smell, but they do their best cleaning because smells have to do with deep dirt, old finishes, bad ventilation. After a few days you can’t smell it anymore, probably why they got used to it. I stayed in room 630. There are several no smoking signs, yet every night smoke gets into hallways and due to air system, inside rooms. Cheque in and check out is very slow.
First Review:
Very disappointed with the reception. We are a group of about 10 people including two children. Rooms were booked way ahead. Five guys behind the front desk and we had to wait for so long to finally get our rooms.
I’ll reconsider my review, after a few days of staying here. For now, not at all a good experience.
