Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. My stay at this hotel was, in a word, awful. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and customer service were not priorities. The front desk staff was indifferent at best and downright rude at worst. Check-in took forever, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. When I finally got to my room, the disappointment continued. The carpet was stained, the sheets were questionable, and there was a lingering smell of mildew. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, and the noise from the hallway and street made it nearly impossible to sleep. I asked to be moved to a different room, but was told flatly, "We're full," with no apology or attempt to help. Breakfast was included but barely edible – cold eggs, stale pastries, and burnt coffee. I ended up going to a nearby café just to have a decent meal. Overall, this hotel felt more like a cheap roadside motel than what was advertised. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.

The management of this hotel is truly excellent. All facilities are outstanding — from room service to car parking, everything is well-organized and top-notch. The overall experience was beyond my expectations. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you

The hotel is in good condition overall, but the room on the fifth floor was average because my stay was there. It had poor illumination — you couldn’t read a book even with the table-mounted lamps. Additionally, the reception staff were very lazy.

Hotel Mehran was decent. We went there for a buffet a few days ago. The taste of most items was just avg.....I tried everything, but nothing stood out. only the fish, beef nihari,Chapli kababs were quite good. They provided limited water bottles and also limited juice during iftar, making it difficult to enjoy the meal without a beverage. If you wanted a drink, you had to pay extra. The ambiance was 7/10, but the waiters were humble and their part of service was good.

A veryyyy unwhelming experience ...lackage of seriousness ,veryyy poor management ..it was my first experience with my family here and became the worst ..Air conditioning system not working well (the issues persisted despite the multiple complaints) (even my brother fell sick **continous vomiting and fever** !!because at mid night the room temp increased above 40⁰ then th3y changed the room)Would like to rate it a half Starr!!And i would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! Even not to my worst enemy

🌟 Review: Hotel Mehran, Karachi 🌟 I recently attended a seminar organized by a homeopathic company at Hotel Mehran. While the hi-tea items were fresh and tasted good, there were several aspects that need serious improvement. Unfortunately, the washroom facilities were not available on the same floor as the seminar hall, which caused inconvenience to attendees. We had to go all the way to the ground floor, and to make things worse, maintenance work was going on right at the entrance during the seminar, which created unnecessary disturbance. The AC in the seminar hall was not effective, and the chairs were uncomfortable for sitting through a long session. These basic comfort and hygiene issues really affected the overall experience. The staff was cooperative, and the food was enjoyable, but the facilities and event arrangements need improvement to meet professional standards.
