This was our third stay at Melia Habana, and we will continue to stay there in the future. Excellent value and service. Beautiful, clean, and spacious room with ocean view. Large breakfast included. Lovely pool area and bar. As a senior citizen, I found Eddie Jesus and the other pool staff to be attentive and concerned about safety and comfort. Warm, welcoming, and helpful staff throughout, especially in the dining room , management , housekeeping, and reception.

We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Habana. We received an outstanding service during the reservation process as well as during our stay at the hotel. All the staff at the hotel are super attentive to guests' needs and desires in a very unique way. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a unique experience during our stay. We are really grateful for the great service we received.

no time for pictures. everything was so delicious. normally I go to the Japanese restaurant of this hotel but, for sure giving a chance to Italian restaurant was an accurate decision. Service espectacular from Rodolfo, Omar, Denisse and of course my best sommelier in town Eduardo.

Room conditions is awful ! Dirty as hell ! They have no idea what means of “cleaning”. Breakfast ? U can have only cheese toast , do not try even others .. Rooms have amazinf view , but u never feel comfortable. They sometimes have hot water , sometimes not. If u are lucky , u can take a shower :)

This hotel is a real treat at the end of a holiday in Cuba - the staff are very professional and helpful (particularly Rocio, Yaima and Melissa), the rooms are spacious with excellent bathrooms (and great water pressure), the food is really good, and the pool is big. They also have a generator, so we were fortunate to have power during our stay from 19-21 October during the countrywide outage. I shall definitely be staying there again!

Today we were sent to the wrong location by the concierge to wait for the hotel's shuttle. Thank god some locals were kind enough to help us because the hotel hang up on me when I exposed their mistake. We had to pay a taxi to come back. On arrival we were welcomed by apologies but not a single financial compensation. Cherry on the cake we met people who experienced the same misadventure the day before. Definitely not worthy of a 5* hotel to put people in difficult if not dangerous situations and pretend it's just fine.

This was our third visit using The Level service. The reception staff at the 9th floor was attentive, professional, and helpful, as was the housekeeping service. However, the food and beverage options at the lounge were more limited compared to previous occasions. While the breakfast buffet was satisfactory, we often had to insist on being attended to at other times, and the selections were limited and of mediocre quality.||||On a different note, the weather was unfortunately not ideal during our visit. We had a family reunion with relatives visiting from outside the country, and since hotel policy does not allow guests upstairs, we spent most of the day in the lobby downstairs. As a result, our two suites remained empty for most of the day.||Around 5:00 PM, the weather improved, and we were excited to finally use the pool, but it was closed, and we were not allowed to use it for the rest of the day. This was a significant disappointment. Who closes a pool at 6:00 PM in the summer?||We had an amazing experience at the Japanese restaurant, with exceptional service that made it a highlight of our visit. I highly recommend dining there. The chef even came to our table, adding a special and elegant touch to the meal. The Italian restaurant was adequate, but the kids really enjoyed their meal, which made it a pleasant experience overall.

Rooms are average, not so clean. Safe, workers are so polite, all good. There are many restaurants inside hotels, but quite expensive. Because peso-usd rate is different. There is a shuttle to the old town
