Hotel Memories Miramar Habana

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the service was excellent. The buffet food could benefit from some improvements, but overall it was enjoyable. I especially loved the view of the city from my room. Exploring Havana was unforgettable, and we left with wonderful memories. Many thanks to everyone for making our visit so special!

We stayed in the hotel for one week. It is very conveniently located. Service is great. The whole staff is very helpful and they try their best to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a lot of choice. Food is nice and if you need s little spice bring your own hot sauce etc. Toni Scharer, manager of the hotel, went extra mile to make our stay memorable. If you want to see Havana I would reccomend to stay at Memories miramar hotel.

Friendly staff and management. Variety of food options. Located within walking distance to the beach. Not too far from local shops and community. Huge and always welcoming well maintained swimming pool. Nice and cozy fitness centre.

I absolutely love my stay at memories. They have everything you need. The service was super friendly and amazing. Took there time because of language barrier. Full service wifi, air-conditioned, room service, they come to change your towels everyday making sure you need anything. They have 3 restaurant, bar, gift shop at the hotel, complimentary breakfast. The price are unbelievably, less that $10 for a delicious meal. I suggest bringing hot sauce if you like spice lover.

We stayed for our first 3 nights in Cuba from the UK. The hotel is massive & the pool is very big too. ||It was very low occupancy when we were there & we only had running water for about 80% of the time; as was common in the neighbourhood apparently. ||We only ate breakfast & there was a very good selection of food, all fresh. Very good service too. ||The rooms were very comfortable, clean & with good amenities - couldn’t fault it at all.||The water was not their issue, but I could see people leaving because of the shortages, which was sad. ||It became busier after the weekend - business people, so the pool was still almost completely empty.

I had been to memories miramar every single time i go to Cuba to see family , and thats because the atmosfere calls for it..its a great hotel in playa ..surrounded by other major hotels in the area but memories miramar always comes on top..Tony the GM and a personal friend knows how to make my stay at the miramar always very pleasant..but the food is way better than a lot of restaurants in town, the drinks at the lobby bar ...crazy good, pool is huge and always clean, no wonder this guys always hosts the festival de la salsa in february every year, service has been great since Tony has taken the GM position at the hotel and I dont know what it is but once you visit this hotel for the first time you just cant stay away....||its one of those places where your money is worth every penny..as i mentioned before in another blue diamond hotel review..these guys are doing an amazing job focusing on the service and the food. |Been a fan of blue diamond resorts since 2010 when philippe opened the chain but thats history |now is owned by sunwing travel group..again if you want to have a great experience in havana..Memories Miramar is a must..say hi to Tony for me..||Ps lets just say i got my wedding recepcion serviced by memories miramar and boy they just went out of their way to satisfy all my needs, shout out to Katia ,blue diamond resorts corporate she handle all of my wedding details ..if you want to plan your wedding Katia is your woman,trust me she is probably one of the best employees sunwing travel ever recruited ||Blue diamond resorts when you are there you are family:)

Rooms are nice and spacious. Clients concerns are addressed effectively. Best location for vacation, studies and business.I will definitely recommend the hotel to my other colleagues, family and friends.

Our second visit!! I confess it was very pleasant, and the rooms overlooking the pool were very comfortable. The restaurant served exquisite lobster. I highly recommend that dish. Very good service, and everyone was very attentive to us. We'll be back in the coming months.
