Hotel Memories Miramar Habana

I stayed at the hotel for three nights. The staff was very attentive. It was a quiet hotel for resting and working. The pool was clean and the gardens were well-kept. The buffet was very good, with a variety of food and drinks. It was a little pricey, but worth it. The bar was the best part of the hotel. I recommend it.

Great stay! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, it was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The food was delicious, we tried the best of Cuban cuisine, every dish was amazing and truly authentic. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

Our second visit!! I confess it was very pleasant, and the rooms overlooking the pool were very comfortable. The restaurant served exquisite lobster. I highly recommend that dish. Very good service, and everyone was very attentive to us. We'll be back in the coming months.

It was an exciting visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff was pleasant. The rooms were beautiful and quiet. The food was delicious, especially the buffet, with options for every taste.The only drawback I experienced was the delay in getting hot water in the shower, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the overall experience was very positive, and I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. I will definitely return in the future.

I stayed there for one night due to a mix up with my initial hotel booking, which was entirely my fault. |The manager very kindly booked me in and provided dinner and breakfast without charge. The staff were equally kind and could not have been more helpful. |I was then provided with a driver to take me to the correct hotel upon checkout. |So lovely to find that level of care when travelling alone.

This is one of the best places I've ever been. The hotel is stunning, the food is delicious, and the people are amazing. My husband and I spent four days here and we loved it. Our suite had a great view. We are definitely coming back next year with our family.

The hotel immediately found a solution to address this issue, apologizing for the unexpected inconvenience. The location is excellent, the facilities are pleasant, and the service is uniquely peaceful. The prices are excellent, with a wide variety of drinks and special offers. The staff is attentive, always friendly and helpful, making you feel comfortable.
