Rude woman at the reception and don’t stay here if you have a flight in the morning you can’t sleep because of the noisy hotel guests at the balcony side with their loud music at 21:30pm now.

I liked this hotel very much, near to everything, only a nice walk to beach and shoppings. Very nice price! Friendly and helpful people. Familiar and quiet, not too big. The breakfast could have had a little bit more of fresh sallad like tomatoes etc But I really liked this hotel!! I hope to visit it again.

This is quite possibly one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in. I wasn't expecting 5* star but what was on offer was shocking, The all inclusive is appalling, we ate there for one night and didn't step foot in the restaurant again, all in all we ended up spending a further £500 so that we could enjoy the holiday, which meant eating out for 3 meals a day. The drinks are bare basic with 4 alcoholic drinks on offer (if you don't drink vodka, normal rum, whiskey or dry gin then you are pretty much screwed). The room was okay, but we were quite obviously a couple from the booking form and we were put in a room with 2 twin beds and the showers are also very small. ||||The staff are friendly and try to help you where possible at the hotel, the other positive is that it is in a good location for the beach and bars and restaurants (which was handy considering how much time we spend there). Lloret is a lovely place and has lots to offer but we wouldn't stay at this hotel again, it is not worth the money.

Avoid this hotel . Very dirty facility, Room very old fashioned ,sink was all sticky,on side table round marks after drinks, dust on the frame of bed , floor full of spots , jacuzzi with black mark around the water in the morning before first use, sauna not working, mini Bar closed with no information before booking, on first breakfast Beacon and eggs not fresh stinks. Much better on lunch and dinner . Just become on 3 days otherwise I would change the hotel . It is not what they write, pictured and offer .I asked for bucked of ice, was informed were the nearest shop is -I would understand if I need pay extra for it but it was not an option even . On lunch had not enough cutlery. No coffee and tea Available only on breakfast. The most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I did not expect 5* but it was definitely not 3*. Around are plenty hotels -some price , better quality. I have checked before I come back next holiday.

Stayed from 14th -17th June having booked fairly last minute. Very small one bed room with a street view and basically a garden gate lock on balcony door room 252. Could hear nothing but motorbikes revving from 7am. Room service daily with beds made and fresh towels. When you use the shower expect the bathroom floor to be soaked. Single bed old mattress and quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is 8am-10 strictly and is very busy. This put me off waiting. For 105E it was a cheap stay. My friends stayed in Hotel Delamar for which had no more availability hence me staying at Mercedes. They paid 30E a head per night which is unbelievable considering comparison. This hotel must have had star rating in 70s

We, 3 friends of mine and me, had a one week stay in the Mercedes hotel in lloret de mar. Firstly I need to complain about the seriously badest service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel (except the ones at the reception). They are incompetent, unfriendly (mostly to the all inclusive guests, who need to stay in different ugly rooms to have dinner e.g.) and totally unmotivated. The buffet is like ok, but not of a good quality. Nevertheless at least the cucumber and the other vegetables were fresh. Warm meals like fries were cold and not really a pleasure to eat. The rooms are clean, and they fulfill their purpose but they are really old and on the internet page the hotel is advertising that the whole hotel should be completely renovated. Didn’t see anything renovated to be honest. The pool area is advertised with very beautiful pictures on their internet page, but the truth tells something different again. It’s old rusty and uncomfortable to be there. In general our stay was totally not as we expected it to be. The opposite is the case. It was a condescending stay for us. Please, do me the favor and change that whole thing, thanks. Sincerely, 4 unlucky hotel guests

An ok hotel if you just need to get your head down. Pool area was ok, but warm flat drinks at pool bar. Pool didn’t open till 10am!! Staff nice. Room cleaned everyday, very noisy hotel at night. All inclusive is a joke, don’t get drinks after 10.30pm, no snacks in between meals! Not a family friendly hotel.

Definitely not for small children, paid for half board, but had to eat out every night, food was cold and disgusting, paid for upgrade to a luxury room to be td there was no such thing, balcony had some kind of heater that blew out hot air too dangerous for small children so we were unable to use the balcony, pool was dirty would never stay here again. Beach is about a twenty minute walk not seven, and it's very stoney not suitable for small children to walk on.
