Excellent location—just a 5-minute walk from both the train and bus stations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming; my two kids absolutely adored them! The rooms were very clean, quiet, and in great condition. Breakfast was perfect, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, a wonderful stay in Amsterdam!

Great location—just a 5-minute walk to Sloterdijk Station, with a quick 5-minute train ride to Amsterdam Central. There’s also a SPAR just 3 minutes away on the way to the station, which is super convenient if you need to grab anything when heading out or coming back. The hotel felt brand new, with spacious rooms and even more spacious, spotless bathrooms. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was excellent. Located near the train/metro/tram and bus station this hotel is excellent for those who want to enjoy Amsterdam. I loved the fact that it was not in the city center, which is noisy and very crowded. One train stop from the Amsterdam Central station and from a fashion outlet. With the tram it takes you 30 minutes to be in the city center. The hotel itself is excellent. Very clean, with very welcoming staff. Food was good (breakfast - did not have lunch or dinner there). Rooms are OK, very clean and equipped with everything you need (especially for a business trip).

second time to book room here and always nice. loved the breakfast. the check-in/check-out is fast and smooth. they also allow luggage storage for free. very near to train station and even the travel to airport and central. will always come back everytime i visit amsterdam.

Nice reception, great smell. Friendly staff. Free luggage storage. Attentive staff, proper reception. Unlike holiday inn express, much cozier and value for money. Holiday inn express €6 luggage storage, ridiculous.

I love the location as it is near central Amsterdam yet more tranquil. The room was a decent size, and the staff were incredibly good. The breakfast has the best selection I have had in a long, long time. Unfortunately, the maintenance budget seems to have been cut as both window shades were in bad shape. And as there is very little other 'decoration' in the room, these need to be in better condition.

The bathroom is not that user friendly, you have to put a towel so that water does not spill. Location and customer service was top notch. They let us check in at 11 and kept our luggage for 3 nights after we checked out, which was amazing. On the flip side, ac did not work properly on the first night, and it worked fine after they restarted the system. On the second night. Again, it was not cold enough on the third night.

Located 7km outside the city Center. Train ride cost E4.30/way takes 5mins to reach the central station while the metro cost E3.40 & takes 30mins. Rooms & toilets are clean. Self-laundry cost E11/wash & dry. Service at front desk are polite & responsive. Esp front office manager Rister G. Esquivel, very helpful and bright personality. Takes extra effort to make you feel at home. The only issue I have is the hotel corridor is very dark and the breakfast menu doesn't change during my 4 nights there. Standard breakfast. Recommend to eat outside.
