The hotel is very well located and to be fair the reception and bar are quite nice.||But where to start? First upon checking in our room we discovered a big and sticky (apologies for the details) urine stain on the toilet seat.||I then took a picture to show the receptionist, and his reaction was only to say "Let me see if I find someone to help, all housekeepers are on break", no apologies and no care in the world expressed.||I then informed him we would be out the whole day so they had plenty of time to get it sorted...Back 4 hours later and the urine stains are still there...||A kind receptionist upgraded us to a different room (she was very helpful), but that "privilege room" had a bathroom door broken, iron broken, tissue dispenser that fell out of its socket... definitely not a room I would have pay a premium to have. ||From an F&B perspective, the room service charges 5 euros per delivery!!! So if you order a wine glass at 7 euros it will cost you 12 euros (that is just crazy).||On top of that, the restaurant (which is quite nice) is overly expensive (most items between 30-40 euros).||In summary, this property is well located, great potential but definitely not well managed at the room and housekeeping department level.
