Hôtel Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions

We found the room to be comfortable overall, but the shower pressure was not great. We had requested a double bed, but instead received two single beds pushed together, which is not ideal for a couple. When we arrived late after a long drive, the receptionist unfortunately sent us to the wrong side of the hotel, which was not a pleasant start to our stay. The wellness facilities were disappointing, as both the hammam and sauna were not functioning as expected. Neither reached the proper temperature, so the experience was underwhelming. On a positive note, the hotel’s restaurant *L’Épicerie* was quite nice. They offer a set menu for €39 per person, which made for a pleasant dining option. However, we did find that drinks in the hotel bar were quite expensive.

Very nice & pleasant stay . Great property and lovely golf field & lot of green space to walk around. Lovely pool side and pool , large reception lobby , efficient elevators and smiling and helpful staff. I lost my Room card they gave me instantly new one without making faces. Very kind. Food was excellent, was there for official regent but definitely come back for personal weekend gateaway. It can be a great staycation destination. The room was clean nice. Water dispenser on each floor & empty glass bottles kept in room , environment friendly approach . Nuxe toiletries was good to have. Bed very comfy , bathroom can have sleep preventing Matt for more safety . Overall pleasant and will return.

Unacceptable! In the morning I tried to shower and there was no warm water coming. When opening the warm water valve there was no water coming, only if you open the cold water valve. After asking the reception they explained that they enable the warm water for the rooms only after 8am, as they need it for the pool before. Seriously? That is not at all acceptable and to not even tell the guests is a shame. I than tried again to shower at 6:45pm and it startet with warm water but after 1 minute the warm water stopped again - again no water coming when open the warm water handle. We tried to check-in at 1pm and were told that check in is at 3pm and the room is not yet ready, absolutely fine. But even at 3.30pm the room was not ready and we were than told that it will be ready at 4pm.

Hotel very good and the staff really friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Great facilities including the pool and the golf course which does need some attention to bring it up to a higher standard. The greens were good but the bunkers were as hard a rock. The breakfast was really good and fresh, but would recommend eating elsewhere for dinner as the limited food for dinner was well below par and tasteless.

It was a very happy place for me and my husband. I recommend it to everyone. We stayed at this hotel✨️

We attended a conference recently at your hotel, and even so many things were very nice, other aspects were not so.||The hotel itself is immaculate, views terrific, indoor and outdoor pool & sauna great, conference facilities top notch, ample parking.||The biggest downside was the price vs service. ||We stayed in the Golf and sofa room at £280 which for what it is is simply overpriced. The room is nice and bathroom too, just the setup was a bit clunky, Biggest disappointment is the 2 single beds in the large bed, feels a bit makeshift.. but very comfy I have to say.||Breakfast and lunch were overall delicious with ample options so kids happy :) Dinner was disappointing and vague though; very confusing menu and you really cannot sell a risotto when there is no risotto in it. Fish and Chips very greasy. And again overpriced for what it is. ||On checkout we expected an itinerary so we could check a few things though just the final bill. Same at restaurant...||My biggest complaint was that the hotel was way too warm. Sitting in the restaurant became unbearable at times.. is there no aircon? ||I think there is some work to do if you want to cater for international clientele with conferences. Lower the prices and less smoke and mirrors please. But overall a pleasant experience I do have to say

Everything was amazing! The hotel’s location is excellent—perfect for golf enthusiasts, with several courses nearby. It's also very close to shops and the château, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, Quiet Hotel - friendly staff, serene Community. Go for a hike along the trails to the town of Chantilly and enjoy the picturesque views.
