Hotel Mercure Kraków Stare Miasto

The stay at Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto was overall very good, and the room was comfortable, quiet and well kept. As a Gold member, I really appreciated the complimentary upgrade and the warm welcome from the front desk team. The location next to the station and within walking distance to the Old Town was extremely convenient for our family. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing over our 5-night stay. The selection was exactly the same every single day, which became repetitive for a longer stay. Several times, when items ran out, they were not replenished promptly, and on one morning we had to wait over 20 minutes for bananas after asking the staff. For a hotel of this standard, a bit more variety and faster refills at breakfast would make a big difference. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider returning, especially if the breakfast experience improves. Thank you again for the room upgrade and the friendly service from the reception team.

My first visit to the hotel. A very nice receptionist named Urslula greeted me with a big smile and exceptional courtesy. The nice receptionist also upgraded my room at no extra charge and gave me delicious chocolate. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The room is large with a huge and very comfortable bed. The room service is excellent and the breakfast is rich, varied and very tasty. There is also a restaurant and a drinks bar with a wide menu. The staff at the hotel is very kind and attentive to guests' requests. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the huge shopping mall and within walking distance to the central train station and the old city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-class hotel in the city center. Thank you very much for the excellent service and kind attitude... I will be back again on my next visit ❤️🙏🏻

The hotel is in a great location, it is nearby places to see, shopping and convenient trams to get you where you want to go. The employees are very friendly, especially Kinga in the bar, restaurant area. My husband and I had on two separate occasions had dinner and she waited on us. Without the needing to write down our changes to what we ordered, everything came out just right. The food was excellent and plentiful.|The hotel is very clean and willing to please. Also the bread that you are given when you leave is great.

Beautifully and smartly decorated. Very friendly staff, especially our waiter Dior and his manager. They made our stay extra special. As an English-speaking tourist, their fluent English and friendly greetings were much appreciated. Food and wine was top notch. Terrific location, walking distance to so many sights. Krakow is wonderful and a stay here will add to the experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Kraków Old Town. The location is super convenient just a few minutes from the main train station and within walking distance to the Old Town, so it was easy to get everywhere. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated how quiet it was. Breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even nicer. The only thing I’d mention is that the parking is quite expensive, but that’s pretty normal in the city center. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I would definitely come back

A wonderful hotel for your visit to Krakow. The location is across the train station/shopping mall. It takes about 10 min to reach the old town. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is superb, giving useful suggestions for your stay. I will definitely stay here if I have a chance to visit Krakow again.

Very nice hotel in the old town. Friendly staff, nice lobby, and nice rooms. The check in and check out process were super simple. The rooms were also very nicely designed. They have a tasty restaurant in the lobby and the breakfast was great. It’s located almost directly across from the railway station. So if you’re traveling by train, it’s very convenient.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected upgrade, the suite was spacious, comfortable, and definitely one of the highlights of my visit.The food was also really good, and I enjoyed the options available. However, it would be even better if there were a few more chicken dishes on the menu.Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.
