Hotel Mercure Poznań Centrum

We booked a Privilege Room for a short weekend stay in Poznan. It was a great room, even better than expected. Big, airy, clean, with many nice touch-ups. As it was my birthday, I was greeted with "happy birthday" during our check in, and I got an amazingly tasty surprise in the room. All in all, we had a lovely weekend, and I would be happy to recommend the hotel to whoever is planning to travel to Poznan.

Very convenient location – direct airport bus stops just a minute from the hotel, and the city center is only a 20-minute walk away. Lots of public transport nearby. The hotel is large, with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms (though an outlet by the bed would be useful). Free water from a fountain is a nice touch. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice for everyone. Highly recommended!

Fabulous hotel - right near public transport hub (but quiet) and easy walk to town centre through the stunning university buildings and gardens - and main shopping centres like the beautiful Stary Brower. Service was top notch and all staff were helpful and pleasant (and multi-lingual - which still impresses me enormously about Europeans). Breakfast buffet generous and varied. The wine bar / restaurant on the ground floor is great for drop in snacks and drinks. Be sure to check out the original 60s staircase.

I stayed at the Mercury Hotel a month ago for a few days. I was very pleased with the level of cleanliness in the room. Everything was impeccable: the bed linen was fresh and neatly tucked in, the towels were changed daily, the bathroom was perfectly clean. I would especially like to note the work of the maids - very polite, attentive and conscientious. They cleaned well, always on time. Many thanks to the staff for the perfectly clean room, comfort and coziness!

We really love this hotel, and every time we come to Poznań, we always stay here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is exceptionally polite and helpful, and the staff’s attitude toward guests is full of care and kindness. A big plus is the convenient parking in front of the hotel and the excellent location with a beautiful view of the Old Town. Breakfasts deserve special mention – very tasty and made from high-quality products. This is a place we are always happy to return to.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years, always as a stop on our drive home through Poznań — and it never disappoints. There is convenient parking right in front of the hotel on the street. The staff is always polite, helpful, and ready to assist in any way possible.||The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and pillows. However, if you value complete quiet, I recommend requesting a room not facing the main street. In the evenings and even at night, there can be noise from passing cars and trains, so a courtyard-facing room will be much more peaceful.||The location is perfect — right in the city center, next to the main train station and just a short walk from the Old Town.||And the breakfast deserves a special mention: incredibly fresh and delicious products, with outstanding pastries. It’s honestly one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a city hotel of this type, especially in terms of the quality of the ingredients.

I did not sleep here, I just had a breakfast. I was a very late arrival from previous day caused by train cancellation and I still could have my breakfast, what a nice touch and very attentive service. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. A very big thanks to the Mercure Poznan Hotel.
