Its really good, loved my stay, only thing is that it gets really hot at night, and the windows are locked. Minor criticism, but possibly provide some air conditioning or let us open a window? Other than that, one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, in a great place, all staff are extremely helpful and breakfast is amazing.

Lovely hotel close to the main rail station (10 mins walk). Clean and staff pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a nice selection and was included in the price. Other transport links also close. 20 minute walk to the old town.

Dear GM,
I would like to share my gratitude to Miss Sofiia from the Marketing Department, she has been incredibly helpful, action immediately. Her service goes above and beyond expectations with a positive attitude. Truly an asset to the team! 🩷
Thank you very much.

The hotel is well located, 15-20 minutes walk to city centre, 15 minutes walk till Poznan EXPO.
My room was spacious, with a sofa and coffee table, desk and kettle with coffee and tea. Large bathroom.
I had a late lunch with friends, the food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

Great hotel. City centre location, very comfortable beds, sleep was top quality and the hotel was fairly priced. Some of the rooms are a bit dated but it's still very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Everything was smooth, comfortable and the location is fantastic (close to the expo, close to the Święty Marcin, close to the train station). We especially enjoyed breakfast and the staff in the restaurant during the mornings, they were extremely helpful and kind. We bought "late check out" which allowed us to comfortably prepare for departure at 4pm. I immediately booked this hotel for next year.

Nice and clean room. Hotel is in comfortable location. And friendly staff. Can't complain about anythings maybe apart from price for parking (but it's stated on the webpage, so no surprise, just steep).

Hotel with a 60 year history (first luxury hotel in Poznan) but fully updated to modern standards. Walk across the station railway bridge and straight into the city centre. Great bar and restaurant and many thanks to Andrzej for his help.
