Hôtel Mercure Toulon La Seyne-Sur-Mer

I had the opportunity to spend a night with my two children. The room was impeccably clean, the pool was excellent, and the reception staff was very welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of high-quality food options. I highly recommend this place as it is conveniently located near the port, a park, and many shops.

Stays : from August 11 to 22 , 2025! The location isn’t the issue. 1. The room service was bad, with dirty in the bathroom wall like it was not cleaned for a very long time. The cleaning service is very bad above all like you let trash by mistake before the service and 8/10 chance that you will likely see it when you’re back. 2. There was no AC when we arrived for 2 or 3 long days ( I’ve been noticed when I asked about it to the desk) 3. The bartender was nice but I had an arguement with the responsible of the desk because there was a problem linked to the reconciliation between the bar’s books and the desk’s one after a drink I had. In fact they told me that I haven’t paid for 7 euro the drink I had which was not registered at the front desk but they found out there was 7 euro of gap btw the two books… a very annoying situation… 4. I was supposed to live very early in the morning so I checked out the night before living. I was just supposed to let the card into the box so at 3 am. in the morning i was packing when the night officer told me that she wasn’t noticed about the night departure and i said to her that I paid everything already but she insisted and waisted my time. After her verification, she realised that i owed nothing but she insisted with her idea that she hadn’t the information. I said to her that it was not my problem because I planned to go and that’s what I did. So my overall experience was very bad. For the price, i think the service should have been better. I do not think 4 stars is the standard of this hotel. They deserve the half. ⭐️ ⭐️

A great place to stay if you want to spend a long weekend in Toulon. They have great staff, a lovely pool and a relaxing area to have a drink or just read a book.

I normally use this hotel due to work needs. As a platinum member, I requested a late check-out from the front desk, and they allowed me to stay until 13h. However, two hours before my check-out, the Housekeeping knocked on my door twice, asking what time I would leave, and the front desk called asking the same thing.

We appreciated the privileged suite with views of the port and marina. The hotel is relatively new, with modern furniture. Very spacious room with adequate service. We'll come back.

Hai my name is murugan narayanan I am seaman my company booking the hotel I am stay apirl 26 evening 9 clock check in That front desk girl ask security deposit 50 euro when checkout credit the amount I give the card she given credit my account But me 27 morning check out But still 50 euro not credit I am order food 9.10 evening but still 11.00 food not received After ask she speak ing kitchen close No responsible people working there I am disappointed to stay

Checked in, and I was told that breakfast and parking were included... and next morning, I was asked to pay 12 Euro... more upset on the way I was treated than anything else, knowing this is not my money!

The persolnel made our stay very comfortable from the begining of our stay.always there to help us.
