We have been using Accor hotels for years due to good price quality ratio. This hotel is to be avoided, staff is neither welcoming nor helpful. As my husband is Accor platinum member we always get welcoming drinks, one each, but when my husband requested 2 drinks the bartender refused it in a very rude manner. My husband is handicapped and uses 2 crutches to walk, but the bartender still felt intimidated by him and called the police. None of the staff could resolve this issue or simply did not want to. When the police came administrator lied to them stating that 2 persons only get 1 drink, making it seem that our request for 2 drinks was outrageous. It is written in Accor rules that silver and above member AND his accompanying guests get a welcome drink each. This all happened within 30 min from our check in and completely ruined our stay.
Also as there are only paper cups available in the room my husband asked for a normal cup for coffee at the reception and was advised to take it from the bar. Again he uses 2 crutches for walking, and everyone can see it, so why not offer to just bring cups to his room?! He cannot carry anything. What is it if not a complete lack of customer focus ?
I guess we will never know as the hotel only replies to positive reviews and completely ignores any criticism.
