Hôtel Mercure Toulon La Seyne-Sur-Mer

I have stayed at this property since it was new, at least once a year, often several times a year. Staff is great, very friendly and easy to work with. That does not make up for the fact my room stayed too warm to sleep, regardless of thermostat settings and with outside temperatures below 10C. WiFi was horrible, traveling on business, connectivity is a must, downloading or sending an email with an attachment was painful.

Stays : from August 11 to 22 , 2025! The location isn’t the issue. 1. The room service was bad, with dirty in the bathroom wall like it was not cleaned for a very long time. The cleaning service is very bad above all like you let trash by mistake before the service and 8/10 chance that you will likely see it when you’re back. 2. There was no AC when we arrived for 2 or 3 long days ( I’ve been noticed when I asked about it to the desk) 3. The bartender was nice but I had an arguement with the responsible of the desk because there was a problem linked to the reconciliation between the bar’s books and the desk’s one after a drink I had. In fact they told me that I haven’t paid for 7 euro the drink I had which was not registered at the front desk but they found out there was 7 euro of gap btw the two books… a very annoying situation… 4. I was supposed to live very early in the morning so I checked out the night before living. I was just supposed to let the card into the box so at 3 am. in the morning i was packing when the night officer told me that she wasn’t noticed about the night departure and i said to her that I paid everything already but she insisted and waisted my time. After her verification, she realised that i owed nothing but she insisted with her idea that she hadn’t the information. I said to her that it was not my problem because I planned to go and that’s what I did. So my overall experience was very bad. For the price, i think the service should have been better. I do not think 4 stars is the standard of this hotel. They deserve the half. ⭐️ ⭐️

I had the opportunity to spend a night with my two children. The room was impeccably clean, the pool was excellent, and the reception staff was very welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of high-quality food options. I highly recommend this place as it is conveniently located near the port, a park, and many shops.

A great place to stay if you want to spend a long weekend in Toulon. They have great staff, a lovely pool and a relaxing area to have a drink or just read a book.

We appreciated the privileged suite with views of the port and marina. The hotel is relatively new, with modern furniture. Very spacious room with adequate service. We'll come back.

We had such a great experience here. Family with 2 kids. All stuff were so attentive and kind. We had a brilliant reaction and a full blast support with the further treats when our son hurt himself...i didn't even ask for anything, everything were provided before I even thought of it. Very cute fresh breakfasts. Very comfy pool for parents with kids. Free bottled water in our room every day...it is such a small detail that makes a difference, it was highly appreciated during such heat. We are sending our congratulations to HR service for creating such a cool team! Thank you!

There was an issue with heating and we had 25 degrees in the room. Probably more in the hall and lobby. Does not make sense.

When initially booking, I was drawn in by the nice view and pool. However open arriving it was clear that these were mere distractions for what was a very average, old property, overdue for a proper renovation. My hotel room itself felt like a 20 year old room longing for a refit. The shower was installed against standard, causing a flood of water into the bathroom when showering. Even though it was a mild 20 degrees outside, the air conditioning was incapable of cooling the room, leaving it hot and uncomfortable all night. Unless you’re paying <€100, it is simply not worth it, and definitely not a 4 star hotel.
