This was my favourite among the three hotels we stayed at along the Côte d’Azur.||The reception staff were warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a relaxing stay.||While there’s no private beach, the public one is literally steps away — and the coastal view is impeccable. Morning runs along the shoreline were just perfect.||Our room was modern, spacious, and stylish. There are also plenty of fantastic restaurants within walking distance, so dining out was never a problem.||The breakfast spread was delicious, and the parking felt safe and secure.||The only disappointment was that we forgot my husband’s Garmin charger in the room, and it couldn’t be located afterward. It would have been great if it had been reported to lost and found, as we were certain we left it there.

I was really satisfied with my stay here. I was only here for one night because I needed to fly home early to work but my family stayed for two nights. I liked the rooms, they were nice and had everything necessary, the only thing was that we had 3 rooms booked, they were all in the same room category. But mine and my sister’s room didn’t have the kitchen part with a kettle and the tea and coffee. This was something I thought was a bit weird because we all had the same room, this didn’t affect me tho but I was just confused. The pool area was alright I didn’t swim during my time there but I was using the sun chairs. We tried the restaurant but only order drinks so I can’t say how the food was there. The breakfast in the morning was good, it wasn’t so much people there when we arrived early in the morning. The beach was also good, I don’t enjoy swimming in the sea and the rocks wasn’t so nice but yea, it was really nice view, especially in the evening. I had a good time here and I would come back another time for a longer visit if I had the opportunity! Best regards from Elsa in Sweden 💪

Evelyn, at the front desk, was helpful beyond description! Even the room cleaner was helpful with my luggage and restaurant staff were awesome. The outside looks shabby and old - the inside, despite a really old elevator and bad hallway appearance- is just LOVELY. The walk along the pier for restaurants and shops : just right!

The room was ok, the view was incredible. The room lacked sufficient space to store clothing, and the bathroom had inadequate ventilation. It had a strange kitchen with poor lighting. The woman who greeted us for check-in was rude, but our other interactions were good. It seemed like they had room service, but they didn't actually; you just had to go up to the restaurant, order, and take it back yourself.

Quiet and spacious room. Quiet location next to the beach. Close to Nice Airport (train and I also think bus available). Friendly lady at the reception (I did not meet any other staff member). Village maybe a bit boring.

We booked this hotel expecting a premium experience, especially as Accor Plus members, but were left quite disappointed. The pool and restaurant shown in the promotional photos are not actually part of the hotel — they are from an affiliated property. This felt misleading and should have been clarified during booking. The buffet breakfast was not worth the price, with limited options and basic presentation. The bathroom in the Privilege room (which comes at a higher price point) was extremely cramped and felt suffocating it fogged up completely after just a short shower, making it quite uncomfortable. The welcome drink offered as part of the Accor Plus benefit was just a bottle of water not even a basic wine or coffee was included, which was disappointing and not in line with the usual Accor standards. The only highlight of our stay was the wonderful hotel staff , they were genuinely warm, friendly, and made every effort to make our trip memorable. A big thank you to them. Overall, while the people made it better, the facilities and value fell short of expectations.

Had a fantastic stay at the Mercure - on the beach with rooftop restaurant and pool. Great spacious ground floor room with outdoor terrace. Clean spacious and comfortable place to relax. Great helpful and friendly service and parking available at a fee just access the street.

Absolutely terrible experience. Staff gave us blatantly wrong advice to leave our luggage at “any hotel in Nice”—which turned out to be completely false, costing us time, money, and major stress. Tried calling the hotel for help—phone didn’t work. On top of that, construction noise at 8am made sleeping impossible. Paid for a relaxing sea view stay, got chaos and zero support. Avoid this hotel if you value peace, honesty, or even basic service.
