Hotel Metro

We have taken delux AC room, booked it directly by walk-in without any app as if we go and book directly they have 24hrs policy irrespective of time. If you book online 12-12 is the check in and check out. Room is convenient to all the big temples, transport. Very few hotels nearby for food. They have charged 2400 with extra bed for 3 adults. For extra bed they have provided very thin mattress without cot. They have given written bill for 1900 but we have paid 2400. No bill will given if you pay via card or upi.

Good rest area, Ac rooms near sri saranga pani swami temple. And very great silver jewellery, silver pooja item's, kavacham worke silver, gold, brass, copper,market area in our India's world famous.

No room service staff. AC were all in pathetic condition. Creating heavy noise and water pouring from it. No wash room amenities. N

I was in Kumbukonam just for the day to see the UNESCO Chola temples in the area. The Hotel Metro very generously arranged for a private driver and allowed me to check my luggage there, even without spending the night. They are extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The lobby and bathroom was immaculately clean, and I'm sure the rooms are as well. Highly recommend!

Room was not as expected. AC was not working properly and water was leaking from it. Washroom was unhygienic and not well maintained. Very disappointing stay.

Pros: Room has additional ways, if you taken two rooms together, you can use it both by using additional way. Located in center, you can reach the nearby temple by walk. Cons: The cleaning was not good. They didn't broom the room well. The bathroom outside latch was broken, the kid was roaming around room and bathrom, was not able to control him. TV remote channels were not working properly The glass table height is not matching with chair height, it's not comfortable to have something. The Hot water is coming in very dark color, seems they are maintaining the heater properly.
