The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I loved my room and especially appreciated the upgrade to the King suite. Definitely take advantage of the deep tub..I would return just for that alone. The room and location is a perfect get away for a solo trip or a couple. There is a lot to do around covent garden. I felt very safe and had a great sleep.

We had a great experience. Did not have a reservation as it was an impromptu trip. All of the staff were awesome and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was beautiful, great location, the price was fair, nice amenities and a super comfy mattress. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

My room was terrific I slept great. Didn’t stay long enough to use the amenities or soaker tub or robes but the service was better than average. Lovely little property!

While visiting London, we stayed at the Metro. Very nice small hotel in downtown. Outside downtown area not the nicest with unhoused. Only 21 loft rooms and quiet. No staff in building from 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m each day. The room is open concept with large deep tub and shower and has in room wifi. Top floor is nice either facing the market or buildings at the back with large windows, stone wall behind bed and nice lighting. Right across from the Market to pick up fresh food or farmer's market on Sat. A block from Can Life Place for hockey or concerts. Parking is not on the property and not too convenient - pay $1.25 to park and unload in front of the hotel (if you can find a place on a busy weekday/weekend day) and overnight across the street a block. Hotel charges $21/night to park. Beautiful stay despite some issues.

Short stay for a hospital appointment was made so comfortable by the lovely clean room, fresh linen, and luxurious toiletries. Special mention to the friendly, attentive, and helpful reception personnel. Great location beside the Covent Garden market - fabulous food options to take out for tired travellers.

A charming, nicely appointed and very clean boutique hotel. The staffing was helpful and friendly. For a downtown experience, the Metro Hotel makes parking easy and stress free too. Thanks, Rose! You made celebrating our anniversary a little extra special.

I’m currently staying at Hotel Metro for a couple of nights, and I must say, it has been an exceptional experience. This premier boutique hotel in the heart of downtown London, Ontario, has truly impressed me. I initially faced an issue with my booking through Agoda, but the Guest Relations Team, especially Rose and Al, went above and beyond to assist me and ensure everything was sorted out quickly. Their customer service was top-notch and made my stay even more pleasant. I’m staying in the Marvelous King room, which is fantastic. The room is spacious and well-equipped with a huge bed, bedside tables, a desk with a lamp, a decent-sized TV, mini fridge, bathrobes, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. Everything I need for comfort during my stay. The room is also very clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus for me. The hotel’s location is perfect -- situated in the downtown core, you’re surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and a vibrant marketplace. It’s an ideal spot for a staycation or for those wanting to explore the area. One thing I love is the automated check-in process. You receive all the necessary information via email, and the keypads at the entrance and for the rooms make access incredibly easy and secure. No hassle at all! Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Metro for anyone visiting London, Ontario. The combination of excellent service, great location, and comfortable amenities makes it a top choice for anyone looking to stay in the area. - Angela
