Nice place to stay downtown at a little more of an affordable price. As a single traveler the room was outstanding for size and stuff, I mean as every room usually does there were a few things that could have been better (the styrofoam window airconditioning thing needs to be cut properly and secured in 🤣) but I had a good time, will definitely be back Even threw in a little walkthrough so you can see the full scape of the room (I fixed the light by tapping the bulb but it will likely be an issue in the future)

Honestly extremely disappointed. We paid $260 for one night here, we left in the middle of the night because we were so uncomfortable. The main issue was that the room absolutely stunk like sewage. We asked if there was another room or a window screen we could put to replace the piece of Styrofoam blocking the window to get some fresh air. The women at the front desk said she wasnt able to do anything for us at the moment, and wasn't able to even leave a note for management. The only thing they could do for us was to give us some air freshener. She insisted the smell was from outside, but outside the hotel smelt completely fine. We tried to just deal with it but ended up leaving about 30 minutes later. Front desk staff had left by then so we weren't even able to check out or ask for a refund. On-top of that the air conditioner in our room was absolutely filthy and covered in dirt, there were gaps between the styrofoam and the window so bugs could definitely get it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall bad and creepy vibes. Please spend your money somewhere else. Our room didn't look anything like the photos.

We were unable to get to the hotel because of snow squalls but were too late to cancel with 24h notice. The clerk on the phone was fantastic but explained that she on her own could not permit us to cancel with insufficient notice. She agreed to explain our plight to management and they permitted us to cancel without penalty! Very grateful!

The hotel and room itself were nice and clean. A small, boutique style hotel setup, with only a few floors. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is great for foot travel to restaurants, bars, entertainment and the market. I enjoyed the text concierge and the rain shower was great. Couple things to consider before booking here: this is not a typical hotel building. It is an old building and just like an old apartment, you hear everything. The guests above me stomped and slammed around as late as 4am. You can hear their shower running and their toilet flushing. I was on the third floor and was across the hall from the stairwell that has a push bar on the door that makes a loud noise when pushed and the door slams shut hard and loud, as do the hotel room doors. The opening and slamming of doors was near constant, and continued all throughout the night. And this was all so loud, earplugs couldn’t drown it out. Apparently people weren’t staying here during these days to sleep. They were staying here to party downtown London, which leads me to the second major pitfall of this hotel: there are no staff overnight. I had a two night stay and both nights was kept awake by guests on my floor who partied all night, in and out of their rooms, slamming doors, stomping, playing loud music and there’s absolutely nothing to be done because there’s no staff present. I left this hotel unrested and burnt out. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel will not work for you. If you can sleep through anything, everything else about it was nice, book away.

This is a lovely hotel, right opposite the market and only five minutes from the ice hockey stadium. Both receptionists were lovely, we got early check ins and late checkouts just by asking. The rooms are spacious and everything works.

I spent the night while on a business trip to London. The hotel is very impressive. The staff were very friendly and the room itself was beautiful. If I’m ever back in London I’ll certainly be staying there once again.

Did not get a chance to stay here, as a system error double booked the room. Took over 24 hours for them to notify me, and in that time everything in walking distance to the event I booked for is long gone. But no fear, they offered me a 15% discount on a future stay. Sorry, but you lost my business.
