Everything is wonderful, check in is easy, nice staff, luckily we got an early check in. The room is nice just opposite the train station and we got that view. Clean & big room with essential amenities. Breakfast is great i like the atmosphere. The staff are really nice, they had prepared child seat for my daughter, and offered her some hot chocolate. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had booked one night, arrived on a Sun evening and they had promised me in one of their 6-7 mails that they would prepare and leave the room key for me at the reception (which was not attended anymore then). When I arrived there was no key and the phone hotline ended at the deserted reception. So I ended up booking a room at another hotel next doory At least the gave me a refund so two stars instead of one.

Great location, opposite train station and within short walking distance to many places and restaurants. The room is nice, bathroom too. A kettle in the room would have been appreciated. Good buffet breakfast. I would recommend this place.

The location, directly opposite St.Gallen Hbf, was perfect for 2 nights for us on our lengthy rail journey. The check in and reception were a little strange due to construction, but the room and bath were small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite good and an added surprise was the Japanese restaurant which occupied the 1st floor in the afternoon.

A hotel with clean and fairly basic rooms, but the location can’t be matched (literally across the train station) and the breakfast spread / Japanese restaurant is decent. I couldn’t find the entrance initially because they share an entrance with the Japanese restaurant Moshi Moshi on the first floor. As informed by the hotel, the reception isn’t staffed 24/7 and I didn’t think that would be any issue. However, it did turn out to be quite inconvenient when I wanted to check in / out (waiting around) - so something to keep in mind if you’re pressed on time. If you arrive when the reception isn’t staffed, the sliding doors also won’t open automatically and you have to look for the black input device on the wall to the left of the entrance (photo attached) and enter the code provided to you by the hotel. When there was a receptionist, they were always friendly and helpful. So there’s no fault with the actual service itself. By the way, included in the St. Gallen city tax (which you have to pay as a tourist) is a free public transport ticket for the city so be sure to ask for it if it’s not offered!

Rooms were super small and bathrooms even smaller. Centrally located. No front desk available when we arrived. Elevators were out of order which meant hauling our luggage up two flights of stairs. A gentleman from the neighboring grilled helped us when we arrived but we had to do it when we left. We left pretty early so had a really quick 7am breakfast where not all things were ready. But it is a good spread. AC in room sucked and the small rooms made it stuffy and claustrophobic. Location wise very convenient to everything and nearby restaurants and bars open till late night 1am or so which also meant loud noises. We parked at cityparking banhoff at lower level 3 or 4 for 24 hours but could not get our parking validated via the hotel as there was no front desk person. Boutique hotel was a miss if you value room stay but great in terms of location

It is really a good hotel close to the centre of the city. Everything was ok.

Great location to access the train station. Close to attractions and shopping. Staff was friendly and provided everything we needed.
