Overall enjoyable 8 nights. Good location for the beach & surfing albeit 20 min walk to Peniche restaurants. Helpful & friendly staff with a shout out to Melissa who was extremely helpful with advice on things to do (other than surfing). Spacious, clean & comfy room & beds. Good breakfast though needs an extra coffee machine in busy times. Some areas need some TLC with some broken equipment in the gym & the tennis court needs resurfacing. The pools were nice although the outside one has lots of small of mosaic tiles missing one the base. Very relaxed and extremely clean hotel.

Big room, modern but neutral interior. The pool needs some work, tiles are missing (doesn't look good and risk to injure). Here and there the paint is old (SPA). But considering it's Peniche with salty air, it's fairly well kept. Good gym. Spacious outside area, even playground and beach volleyball. Breakfast (14,99) was amazing, it's a buffet and I didn't miss anything. Close to a big road, that you won't hear at night. Prices vary due to the seasons, August weekends are pricey, but off season there are some good deals. Paid breakfast at the hotel, not with booking.com (it's cheaper).

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel seems semi-brand new. No problems or issues during my stay. Easy access to the beach. If you don't need to be in downtown Peniche then this is a good spot for beach access.

The hotel itself is probably 4 stars, but in our experience, this hotel is not 4 stars and is worth the money they charge! The location is very good, the rooms are clean. However, the outdoor pool is losing mosaic tiles on the floor (probably not maintained in a while). The staff seemed friendly, but unfortunately the bartender didn't even speak English (thanks to Google Translate, we were able to communicate). Our room also had a crack in the ceiling, so the tiles were broken. As well as the towel shelf and the showerhead have a very lose installation. They'll also answer in Portuguese because, as already mentioned, they don't have the language skills. I wasn't there alone either, but with my partner, who witnessed everything. I have videos and photos as proof if needed. The price we paid shouldn't really be a reason for loose pool stones. 😂

Avoid this establishment at all costs. Due to their sheer incompetence, I lost my holiday in Portugal. They repeatedly failed to send the confirmation email because they had recorded my email address incorrectly — despite my calling several times to ensure everything was in order. Instead of correcting their error, they cancelled my booking and then claimed they were fully booked. The reception staff were unhelpful, incapable of offering any solution, and the manager refused to speak to me directly, hiding behind an email request. Their booking system is archaic and completely unreliable — you could very well arrive and find you have no reservation. Utterly unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable in this day and age. Archaic booking system, incompetent staff, and zero accountability. They took my details wrong, cancelled my booking, and left me without my holiday — then refused to fix their own mistake. Avoid at all costs.

....what a disappointment!!!! Dirty....bar closed....broken and missing tiles in outdoor pool... rusty apparatus in kids play area...broken glass panel on steps stuck with tape....broken patio furniture...food in the "a la carte" restaurant was terrible!! Microwaved chicken was like rubber ...rice was tasteless...veg sloppy! ( Staff in restaurant were lovely though) ...nothing nearby really.....not a 4* hotel

This is a nice modern hotel with friendly staff. They accommodated storage of our bicycles in a secure location. The hotel is a little outside of the centre of town but still easily accessible and easy access to beaches. The hotel could use an updating of carpets which I think hold some odours over time, new tile / wood would be nicer. Our room was very large and overlooked the nice pool. The breakfast is fantastic with one of the best range of items I have ever seen and in a great rooftop location with views in all directions.

Yelp
We initially parked in the first spot for check-in and unloading, but were abruptly told we couldn't park there upon entering. Although we were directed to another spot, there was no apology for the confusion. The carpeted floors in our room were a bit disappointing and made it difficult to move luggage around. However, our twin room was spacious, which was a plus. The view, though more focused on the pool and our building rather than a resort vibe, was still pleasant. During our visit to the bar for the complimentary welcome drink, the bartender seemed a bit disgruntled, and there were some awkward interactions due to language differences. It felt a bit excessive that we had to return to our room to retrieve a card for the free drink. Overall, while I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again, it did provide a good night's sleep. However, it was a bit noisy due to a busload of teens also staying at the property.

Yelp
We stopped to MH Peniche just for 1 night, and we wished we had reserved for more days! The place might look a bit lonely at first, it's located outside of the main city but close to the beaches. Rooms are spacey, full of comforts, they have a very good wifi and a free bottle of water, which I find a great thing for guests in 4+ stars hotels. Breakfast was abundant and good, as well as the staff who were very helpful. They have a sauna place which is brand new (we loved it!), all in all a great place to go!
