Hotel Midland

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. All the staff members provided excellent service, especially Reception Manager Mr. Pradeep Sharma, who was extremely helpful and quick to resolve any issues. His prompt support made our stay even more comfortable. It’s a great budget hotel with very reasonable prices. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

The staff is very helpful,clean rooms and also common area, and location is very close to gurudwara,railway station, they serve breakfast in the room, food quality is delicious overall good to stay for family.

Managed to accommodate us at 4am after the accommodation we had booked decided they could no longer check us in leaving us stranded, thankfully Hotel Midland was only a few minutes away & managed to secure 2 rooms for us - the service was exceptional, the rooms are clean & tidy, & the hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the shops we wanted to visit (we were here for wedding shopping). They don't serve breakfast but that's not an issue, as there is Gopal's literally a few minutes away. My only issue was the shower pressure didn't work properly (temp was fine)...but in the grand scheme of things given our situation, I can't complain. Oh, there is also no lift, so not wheelchair friendly as far as I'm aware.

The best hospitality I have ever received, the staff were really friendly and available to you all the time. location wise it's perfect it's close to the local train and restaurants are there nearby. But the real highlight is service, real top notch.

My go-to hotel in when passing thru Bombay. Perfect location in Santa Cruz central to everything & railway station is 500 meters. Staff is kind & helpful - boys are very hard working. Price is decent and the rooms are ok for the price. Budget hotel, central location & nice rooftop area. Always good for a few nights stay

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. We booked this hotel because of its location, near to airport. We arrived at midnight and tired. Room and toilet were dirty. Toilet flush was not working and so complained immediately. We asked whether they have other rooms to swap. But the staff said hotel was full and no rooms were available. I hardly see people during my stay. He checked the toilet but didn’t fix it. He said someone will come fix it in the morning meanwhile use bucket water to flush out toilet. Again, nobody showed up and fixed it for 2 days. We complained every morning but no use. Shower was not working and again we had to use bucket and mug to have bath. Towels, bedsheets and blankets were not clean. We asked to change them. If you are coming for a vacation, I would not recommend it, it is noisy and full of mosquitoes.
