Best place to chill out with friends. Super dhaba style setup. Good punjabi style food served. Must try their kebabs and tikkis. Soya burji is also a must try with roomali roti. Start with karari roti and yeah lime soda. They serve alcohol also. They have proper AC sitting also

This has been an iconic hotel since 35 years! Rooms still top of the line. Good service. Good decent staff. Cleanliness is up to the mark.

I had checked in at the hotel at ११.३० am on २४.१२.२०२३. Their restaurant was non operational as it was under renovation and the corridors looked grimly lit and initially hand towel and one bath towel was not in the room . While booking it was not clarified nor was it on their site that their restaurant is not functioning . Also normally , stay with free breakfast is provided . However , not so at Preetam Midtown . Also I checked out of the hotel on २५.१२.२०२३ , ६ hours earlier and requested the manager if he can consider giving me a discount considering that there was no free breakfast and no restaurant either . He didn't show this courtesy and seemed indifferent and non eager to help. Stay Not recommended till their restaurant commences.

I had made a reservation at the Midtown Pritam for 3 nights using an online travel booking website. I inadvertently made a mistake and booked for 3 nights in March instead and prepaid the full amount for the booking. The mistake was realized when I tried to check in the required date ! Calling the online booking site turned out to be no help as they basically said “ no date change, no refund!”. That’s when Mr Jaywant of Hotel Midtown Priam who was the guest desk manager put on his Superman cape and started making calls to get the booking corrected. It took about ten minutes but he got it done without any additional charges or hassles. really appreciate his efforts ongoing the extra mile. The hotel rooms themselves seem to have been recently renovated and are very comfortable and adequate for solo travelers or couples. Location is amazing with lots of shopping/ dining options within walking distance. Mumbai is a city that never sleeps and yet the rooms, bed,mattresses and sound proofing was so amazing, I needed to set an alarm to wake up! This will definitely be my go to,place for future Mumbai visits

I must express my disappointment with several aspects of my stay. Firstly, the overall hygiene of the hotel left much to be desired. The uncleanliness was evident from the moment I entered the premises. The towels provided were not only visibly unclean but also appeared to be in a state of disrepair. This certainly did not meet the standard of cleanliness I expected. Although the lobby and room seemed decent at first glance, upon closer inspection, it was clear that they were in dire need of refurbishment. It is way too costly for what it offers. To my dismay, I also encountered cockroaches on the walls. This significantly detracted from my overall experience and comfort during my stay. I must admit, the only saving grace was the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated, which was the sole reason I chose to stay there in the first place. One concern that came to my attention is the utilisation of reviews from local guides to enhance the hotel's overall rating.

Location wise best. Near to Dadar railway station. Property is old and may be renovation work under progress.

Really bad. Disgusting bathrooms, rooms are not great. No wifi at all. No free food. Feels very awkward being at this hotel.

The place is situated very near by Dadar station. Location is great but the hotel is not. This one is having kinda old vibes, damp walls, most of the stuff broken or not working etc. Not value for money at all.
