Hotel Midtown Pritam

Wonderful hotel, perfectly placed near the station if you need quick transport around. The rooms were very spacious invluding water bottles everyday, complementary breakfast, and even sorted arranging my laundry for me for a minimal fee. The hotel has very attentive staff who made sure to take note of who was coming in and out of the hotel. On a few occasions, my taxi/uber would cancel and the doormen were kind enough to haul taxi’s for me if I needed, or the receptionist was willing to talk to uber drivers for me to explain my situation as a foreigner. I felt incredibly safe and well looked-after while staying here as a single woman. Thank you for such a great experience!

Excellent place for stay. Rooms are great with room service which is available 24x7. Excellent staff. Breakfast is complimentary and it has a good variety of food. I would highly recommend this place. Easy access to cabs, they have valet who can arrange cabs or taxis. Also great location in the center of the city yet it is peaceful and quiet.

Excellent location. Just 2 minutes walk from both dadar station and dadar TT circle. Though its slightly old building, absolutely value for money. Unfortunately restaurant is not available but there are plenty around. Good service and trustworthy people. The BEST part is you can book over the phone and pay on arrival. No need of any advance. One drawback is being such a central place, no parking available

Rooms are good. Location is good. No restaurant in hotel. Good for business visits. Prices appears higher side as compared to facilities. Thank you.

Hotel doesn't have a Kitchen. Hotel does provide breakfast as they order from outside. For other meals there are good restaurants nearby. It is a very old hotel. Rooms are average clean. Suitable for a night or two. Bathrooms are poorly maintained. Hotel staff is very courteous and quick to respond.

I recommend this hotel only for stay. Breakfast they arranged was horrible. First day of our stay, they had served smelly and one or two days old breakfast refrigerated. Next day due to enough guests they had prepared something. Service is terrible. Only one guy was there, who couldn't serve anybody but simply roaming around with unwanted attitude. Rooms are good, clean. Wifi access is provided. TV is decades old.

I have stayed in this hotel in my recent business visit to Mumbai. Let me share my experience: A. The location of hotel is very good for a business traveler. B. I have booked the hotel through MMT, it seems that hotel is bit over priced. C. Room service is bit slow, you may have to send several reminders. D. Staff is decent and polite, they have made necessary arrangements for my request for early check-in and twin bed room. E. Food is just okay.
