Overall my stay was good. Though I had booked my room for 26th night, due to some issues with Agoda website my booking got confirmed only for the next day. But the reception staff was too good, he helped me avail a room on the day of my arrival. Room was also very good. Housekeeping was good. But some renovation work was ongoing though.
But 1 major issue:
I stayed for 3 nights from 26th Feb to 1st March’26. 27th and 28th mornings buffet breakfast was hot & fresh. But on March 1st (Sunday) morning there was no buffet & restaurant staff told me that’s because of low occupancy. But the worst part was that, I ordered IDILY, I was served stale heated idlies (not freshly prepared), probably from previous day. That ruined my entire stay. Firstly I wasn’t informed the previous night that there wouldn’t be buffet breakfast the next day & on top of that I was served stale idlies.
Request: While making the booking, please inform customers that buffet breakfast will not be available on holidays and that there is renovation work going on in the building.
If these issues are rectified, I will recommend this hotel to any traveller.
