Amazing experience at Alpen Spa. The place is quiet, surrounded by mountains. The Spa is big and full of relaxing activities (great the cave where you can enjoy hot water and silence). We had a top quality massage at the Spa and we enjoyed good food as well. On top of that the personnel is super kind. Highly Recommended

Absolutely amazing hotel with excellent staff, service and general feel to the hotel. We loved the food, the staff around the hotel were very attentive, the spa was a perfect touch to an already perfect hotel. Finally, there was also a kids babysitting service which we didn't know about before booking and our daughter absolutely relished the idea and took full advantage! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again for next time we're at the mountains or if you're thinking of booking a mountain getaway. The only area of improvement would be the state of some of the furniture in our room, some items were lacking a bit of TLC.

Great place to relax and connect with nature. |Very nice personnel. The rooms were large, clean, modern, and with beautiful views on the mountains. |The hotel has access to the Spa which is well-equipped with facilities and services. Also, the Spa offers its own skincare line which I would recommend trying out!! |The restaurant had a diverse menu with typical dishes and a rich list of wines. Also, the bartender was always ready to surprise with new drinks. |I would definitely come back!

My friend and I spent a long weekend in this beautiful property. The location is very easily reachable from Bergamo and Milan, with a relaxing drive surrounded by greenery. We stayed in an exclusive room - very modern, with high-end furniture and finishing. The staff was very approachable and kind, caring for every need of ours. Cherry on top was the food: from breakfast through dinner, the restaurant and lounge bar delivered top notch quality dishes. Highly recommend the tagliolini all'astice from the dinner menu and the buns for a quick bite at lunch.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly polite, the amenities were top-notch, and everything was impeccably clean. The food was fantastic, and every detail was meticulously attended to. We had a wonderful week-long stay with my partner and are already planning to return this winter! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for couples seeking a memorable getaway. Exceptional staff that is super friendly. English speaking, so communication is easy. Stayed over 3 nights and enjoyed it greatly. The restaurant offers traditional Italian cousins both for lunch and dinner. Excellent for company visits and workshops. Easy car ride to the sky slopes.

I am driving away as we speak and I already miss this amazing place and the gorgeous people who work there. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like VIPS and part of the family all at once.
