I've stayed here twice this month. For reasonably priced comfortable accommodation this is a good option. The things they get really right are very clean rooms with excellent beds. The hotel's common areas are immaculate, modern and give a feel of spaciousness. They have loads of lounging areas for small groups to meet and chat, a pleasant pool area, and a clean, modern and spacious restaurant. All staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Little things amiss add up though. The hotel rooms are next to a noisy bar that plays loud music at night. Rooms on the first floor have some small maintenance issues: items of shower hardware missing, shower drain not draining, no power point near the desk to plug in a laptop, no power point for the kettle, so have to place it on the floor next to the bed. The breakfast buffet has enough food and variety to be filling. But its fare is very modest compared to Maputo hotels but perhaps proportionate to its room price.

Overall, the hotel is really good, with very spacious and well desìgned rooms, equipped with modern utilities that are functional. There is a swimming pool, and their food is good. The hotel has wi-fi, though it is very weak, and most times, something as simple as opening emails takes forever. Their greatest shortcoming for me, though, is the poor hygiene standards, specifically in the room (the towels and pillows). Underneath the pillow cases, the dirt on the pillows is unbelievable (for the room I was in). On checking in, the beddings in my room were dirty; it's like someone forgot to change them after the previous occupant left. On two occasions, the towels put in my room were stained and dirty. If these issues are addressed, this is a great hotel anytime.

Had a good stay at this Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room service and cleaning services are great. Rooms are neat, clean, and spacious. Breakfast just isn't good for me, especially the coffee. The rest of their food on the menu are good and the staff are always willing to help when there are any issues in the room or when I needed transport.

First thing, after 6 hours on a gravel road to get from the work site to hotel, I checked in and went to the restaurant, after such a long road I wanted a beer, I was told they dont sell alcohol as it is against their believe.||||Toilet paper is half the size of normal rolls, I had a half roll available in my room and needed to run around for more toiletpaper when nature called. Did not help to phone as no one seem to understand English, after 3 phone calls I found someone at reception to help.||||Then as a South African I am used to most places in Mozambique having similar electricity outlets to those in South Africa, no here they have international outlets therefore I could not charge my laptop.||||Some of the white towls are yellow in colour. The shower water dont drain properly and end up leaking thought onto the bahroom floor.||||In rooms they provide a kettle, coffee and sugar but no milk or powder milk, after phoning reception again I wasnt understood and never received the milk I requested. ||||Then for some reason their wifi dont work on any of my devices.||||In general the room is spacious and neat with a aircon and safe locker. Not sure if you will get better in Nampula but I will surely think twice before staying here again.

Definitely the best hotel in Nampula. Rooms are big, clean and great location.

It’s a good central location, and the buffet is minimal yet tasty. The gym is not great, as many of the machines are broken and it’s too small for the number of people who used it at the same time. The rooms are basic and not the cleanest, and there is no where to sit on the balcony. They are very cheap on their water, refusing to give any more than 2 500-ml bottles. The Wifi is also not great (I had a hard time downloading images on my laptop, for example).

This offers the best value for your money, if compared with other places in this city. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. The place is clean and well taken care, I love the check out time, 13.30. The restaurant has good food and a decent Indian menu, pity one can not accompany the food with a glass of wine or any other liquor... For that I give them four stars. I had to go out to get a beer, but I respect their choice to not offer alcoholic beverages!
