Lovely hotel. Loved the pool area. Great location, close to airport and old town. We had a nice room, OK size, nice balcony. The rooftop bar was a great addition, decent cocktails. Perfect for what we wanted as a couple away for a few nights without kids. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Amazing stay at MIM Ibiza! The hotel has a perfect vibe! stylish, modern, and super clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the rooftop with the sea view was just incredible. Great location, close to the beach and nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy Ibiza in style!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The entire property is well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The pool area is absolutely stunning – the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really made my stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We stayed for five nights in the tiny room. They are very transparent about the size of the room while booking it, they said it was going to be small and it really is. We were aware of this and the room size was no problem for us at all. However, what they do not tell you is that almost all of the tiny rooms are located next to the only elevator of the whole hotel. The elevator is incredibly noisy and it keeps going on day and night. You sleep practically with your head against the elevator, so there was no chance to sleep at all. I have slept much better in hostels and 1 star hotels. In addition you can hear absolutely everything from the corridor. There’s no isolation or privacy whatsoever. The room had no balcony or even a small place to dry the swimming suits, no reading lights, no toilet brush. Totally unacceptable for this price range. These rooms should not be used as hotel rooms. The staff was friendly but they were unable to help us. All in all, if you want to sleep and rest, stay away from this hotel.

Very clean and well designed hotel. Tiny and efficient. Every staff, from the welcome desk to the restaurant, from the cleaning ladies to the night guard, to the spa, were very friendly and always kind and helpful. The sky bar has an amazing view, the pool downstairs is nice, as well as having a DJ playing there in the afternoons. The food was good, the spa was relaxing, and the massage really amazing. Thank you all for taking such good care of us for a week!

When my wife and I first arrived at the hotel late on a Saturday night after a 2-hour delay, I really didn’t want to like the hotel. The pool area looked shabby, the sunbeds had no cushions, the 2-person beds were untidy with half the curtains drawn and the other half open. Reception was up some steps with nobody to help with luggage; reception staff weren’t particularly welcoming.||The hotel is located 2 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes’ walk from the Old Town, you can get a taxi but it costs 15-20 Euros and takes longer.|| I had booked a suite, I’d read reviews about how small the rooms were, I was very pleased and somewhat relieved at the size of the suite, two large rooms, one with a king bed the other with a sofa, desk and TV, two balconies overlooking the pool area.||I looked in a couple of small rooms, they really are small, you would struggle to fit 2 people and suitcases in the room.||Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, a really good choice of cold meats, cheese and fruit as well as the usual cooked breakfast. Good selection of bread and pastries, teas and coffee were self-service, (I’ll come back to this).||Although there aren’t enough sunbeds to go round, the pool area wasn’t busy and many of the guests go to the beach or beach clubs during the day.||Pool service was bit hit and miss depending on the time of day, but overall, the pool staff were very helpful but sometimes they were invisible.||By the end of our 7-day holiday I really loved the hotel and was sorry to leave.||The hotel is only a 4 star but could easily be a 5 star with a few changes.||• The rooftop bar looks great but doesn’t open until 5.30, if there were more canopies/umbrellas the bar could be used for lunch, much better views than the pool bar.|• There are no signs at the front entrance telling passersby about the roof top bar, add a menu to the wall outside, let them know what it’s all about.||• The gym could be improved; the treadmill didn’t work for the week I was there.||• Smarten up the pool area, put cushions on the sunbeds, tidy and straighten the beds at the end of the afternoon, first impressions are so important.||• There’s a bar by the pool that would be great at night if it was open, this would attract passing trade.||• Table service at breakfast, give guests their first cup of tea and coffee in the morning.||I could go on, but all in all it’s a lovely hotel and I would go back again.

2nd time at the hotel and another wonderful experience.|The rooms although small are immaculate and finding out we had exactly the same one as last year was a great touch! |We did the spa this time, which was lovely.|The pool, breakfast, dinner, live DJ and rooftop bar were as brilliant as last time and we loved showing our friends (who had not been before) the venue.|Lastly and most importantly, the staff were so friendly and helpful once more.|Well done team MiM you smashed it out the park again, we'll be back soon!
