The hotel is in a really good location with the beach and restaurants nearby and all the staff are so welcoming. I had an injury whilst in Ibiza (not on the hotel grounds) and the staff were so attentive, especially Silvia and Urit. Silvia went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and supplied all the contacts we required. Urit was so genuine and it was a joy to see his cheery face at the end of the evening when we returned to the hotel. He was quick to get ice etc and help out with his muscle power when I returned injured. Both staff had a real personal touch with was much appreciated. The bar staff both in the Deco and the Sky bar work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. We are so glad we went for the slightly larger room (privledge) as it may have been difficult with the injury in a smaller room. People in previous reviews have said the rooms are small but they advertise the room sizes accordingly so it’s up to you to decide which is best for your needs, and not to complain when you receive what you ordered. Due to my accident I have spent more time sat round the pool than planned and am very pleased I picked this hotel to do it at. The food and drink is amazing quality and the cabanas are for everyone not just VIPs. You must try the fish tacos they were definitely a favourite. They have a Dj each day at the pool but it’s a chill out vibe so you can just relax. I would highly recommend this place.

We recently returned from a wonderful week staying at this hotel. Everything about the experience was awesome. Location, Staff, Facilities, Cleanliness, Accommodation, Food & Service, we could not fault it. The rooms are mentioned in some of other reviews as small and they are bijou but as we were not really in the room other than to sleep and shower etc it does not matter in our opinion. The breakfast is plentiful and the setting on the terrace or if you prefer in a fully air-conditioned area that is suitable whatever your needs are. The hotel is cleaned to an inch within its life and the details and attention given to the guest experience is just awesome. The week we stayed included a daily DJ ( Sole) who played from 1-5pm daily she was awesome to the music was thoughtful and chilled and she kept the vibe on point throughout, we loved it. The sky bar a wonderful addition from 5pm great views and good cocktails and mix of drinks available. Again staff were super. All in all we will return as it delivered on every point. Thank you from a very happy couple, Colin & Neil.

Very clean and well designed hotel. Tiny and efficient. Every staff, from the welcome desk to the restaurant, from the cleaning ladies to the night guard, to the spa, were very friendly and always kind and helpful. The sky bar has an amazing view, the pool downstairs is nice, as well as having a DJ playing there in the afternoons. The food was good, the spa was relaxing, and the massage really amazing. Thank you all for taking such good care of us for a week!

Very nice, classy place. Wonderful breakfast. We had a privileged room on third floor which had enough space and a comfy bed and pillows. Staff is lovely and has great recommendations for local restaurants and what to see. Pool is great with lots of room, good music (but not overwhelming) and lovely lounges and day beds to use. Hotel has a great vibe.

We arrived early and knew we would have to wait a little for our room so we ate lunch next to the pool. We had a text to say the room was ready and to our great surprise we had been upgraded to a Suite.|Beautiful decor and views of the pool especially at night.|The Sky bar was lovely too, nice cocktails and snacks or full meal if you wish again with lovely views.|The pool area with double and single beds dotted around was very nice although a little short of space to accommodate everyone.|But the thing that stands out most for me is the staff. From a genuinely warm and friendly welcome to checkout all the staff were outstanding and warm and helpful.|We were advised to go to Salines and had a brilliant day at the beach clubs. A short but perfect visit. Thank you so much x

When my wife and I first arrived at the hotel late on a Saturday night after a 2-hour delay, I really didn’t want to like the hotel. The pool area looked shabby, the sunbeds had no cushions, the 2-person beds were untidy with half the curtains drawn and the other half open. Reception was up some steps with nobody to help with luggage; reception staff weren’t particularly welcoming.||The hotel is located 2 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes’ walk from the Old Town, you can get a taxi but it costs 15-20 Euros and takes longer.|| I had booked a suite, I’d read reviews about how small the rooms were, I was very pleased and somewhat relieved at the size of the suite, two large rooms, one with a king bed the other with a sofa, desk and TV, two balconies overlooking the pool area.||I looked in a couple of small rooms, they really are small, you would struggle to fit 2 people and suitcases in the room.||Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, a really good choice of cold meats, cheese and fruit as well as the usual cooked breakfast. Good selection of bread and pastries, teas and coffee were self-service, (I’ll come back to this).||Although there aren’t enough sunbeds to go round, the pool area wasn’t busy and many of the guests go to the beach or beach clubs during the day.||Pool service was bit hit and miss depending on the time of day, but overall, the pool staff were very helpful but sometimes they were invisible.||By the end of our 7-day holiday I really loved the hotel and was sorry to leave.||The hotel is only a 4 star but could easily be a 5 star with a few changes.||• The rooftop bar looks great but doesn’t open until 5.30, if there were more canopies/umbrellas the bar could be used for lunch, much better views than the pool bar.|• There are no signs at the front entrance telling passersby about the roof top bar, add a menu to the wall outside, let them know what it’s all about.||• The gym could be improved; the treadmill didn’t work for the week I was there.||• Smarten up the pool area, put cushions on the sunbeds, tidy and straighten the beds at the end of the afternoon, first impressions are so important.||• There’s a bar by the pool that would be great at night if it was open, this would attract passing trade.||• Table service at breakfast, give guests their first cup of tea and coffee in the morning.||I could go on, but all in all it’s a lovely hotel and I would go back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The entire property is well-maintained and tastefully decorated. The pool area is absolutely stunning – the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really made my stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The junior suite rooms are incredible. Really comfy bed and two balconies. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The transfer to and from the airport made things so easy. The location is perfect if you want to be close enough to go to clubs but in a quieter safe area to stay. The only thing was the pool being infront of the hotel and abit small. But everything else was perfect.
