Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing due to serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance.
I recently stayed at this hotel and, while there are some strong positives, the overall experience was affected by major issues in cleanliness, maintenance, and general upkeep.
Positives:
• Excellent location, very central and convenient.
• The rooftop area is beautiful with great views.
• The breakfast buffet was decent, with a good selection and pleasant breakfast area.
• The gym is well equipped with modern Technogym machines.
• Spacious room and welcoming lobby.
• Private parking available for guests, which is a plus.
Negatives:
• Although the room and bathroom had been superficially cleaned, there was visible dust on ceilings, air vents, and light fixtures.
• The wardrobe door couldn’t fully open due to an emergency light poorly installed.
• The sink drained slowly, and the shower head was leaking, indicating poor maintenance.
• Under the sofa in the lobby was full of debris and dust, and the carpets were stained.
• The gym, despite being well-equipped, was very dusty and poorly ventilated, with only two loud fans and no proper air conditioning.
• The air conditioning vents throughout the hotel appeared dirty, and the system seemed neglected.
• There was a persistent unpleasant smell in various parts of the hotel, especially near the entrance and in the corridors, a musty, humid odor that was also present in the room.
• Overall, the hotel appears to have had no deep renovation or proper maintenance since opening in 2013.
Summary:
The hotel has real potential thanks to its location, facilities, and spacious design, but it suffers from a lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness. With more attention to hygiene, repairs, and air quality, it could offer a far better guest experience.
