I recently had a long stay from Australia at Hotel Mina International and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and consistently professional from the moment I arrived. A special mention goes to Fatima, whose customer service was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable—always greeting me with a smile, anticipating what I needed before I even asked, and ensuring every detail was taken care of. Her dedication and kindness genuinely elevated my experience. The food was excellent as well, with a great variety of fresh, flavorful dishes. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, and the dining staff made sure everything was perfect. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was top-notch. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or the restaurant team, everyone was courteous and eager to help. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We hosted our Haldi, Mehndi, and Sangeet functions at Hotel Mina International with food by Al Ayamna Restaurant, and everything was excellent. The food was delicious, well-presented, and the quantity was more than sufficient. Our guests loved the taste, and the service was smooth and professional. A Pleasant Stay at Hotel Mina International I recently had a great stay at Hotel Mina International. The rooms were everything you could ask for—clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was the perfect environment to relax after a day of exploring the city. The staff was a standout feature of the hotel. They were all polite, well-behaved, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their friendly and helpful nature made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is also a major plus, as it's convenient for getting around the city. Despite being in a good location, the overall atmosphere is surprisingly peaceful, which is a huge bonus. If you're looking for a comfortable and tranquil place with excellent service, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed there staff were cooperative but lady manager should be more polite to customers and corridors floor was dirty smelly .. no air vantilation always dark one suggestion kindly provide English breakfast because I've seen they offer you oily food please also consider healthy English breakfast

Hotel is ok but they try to hide their true identity. It's a Muslim Hotel with Non Veg. There is clearly muslim name reastaurant below but they have intentionally removed and left it out of the photos on the internet. Although it is not bad to be hotel of any religion but they should not try to hide it!

I had a wonderful 7-day stay at this place. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for my wife, our 3-year-old son, and me. Our little one absolutely loved it here! The location offers excellent connectivity, making it easy to get around. While the food was a bit on the expensive side, the quality and taste made it well worth it. Overall, it was a great experience, and we definitely plan to come back again.
