Had a really comfort stay at the hotel! The bed was super cozy, and the AC kept the room perfectly cool. The bathroom looked brand new and was spotless. The location is the best—right near the local train station, which made getting around super easy. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at Hotel Mina and had a very pleasant experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and the stay was comfortable despite ongoing renovations. Ms. Naina was particularly helpful. The hotel's proximity to the Bombay Exhibition Centre was very convenient. Overall, a very good stay! Highly recommend.

The hotel was terrible. The toilets, bedsheets and covers, even the walls and basically EVERYTHING was extremely dirty. Almost every faucet and shower was broken to the point where my toilet’s jetspray was unusable (I had changed my room and yet the toilet there was as bad as the last one). There was construction going on in the building from 11am to 10pm. They turn off the water geysers around evening time. The door lock did not work. Bathroom walls were covered with moss and disgusting looking fungus. The windows are of so poor quality that i could hear every single vehicle and person below me, even on higher floors. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Just pay a little more and book Cliffton hotel, few steps ahead of this one.

Gave us hot water as complimentary water. No help with carrying the luggage. The switches are not fixed properly. No welcome. No use of the window if you like looking out. All i can see is slumps. Food is priced too high. Especially vegetarian. Plain rice for 170 ? That's tooo much. Everything is non veg and vegetarian food items are limited.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite paying extra for a specific room, we were initially placed in a smaller, inferior room. After numerous attempts to rectify the situation, we were finally moved to the room we had actually booked . Throughout our stay, the reception staff displayed unfriendly and unprofessional behavior, lacking even basic courtesy. Despite staying for nearly a week, the hospitality was the worst I've encountered.

Al Ayamnan is an upbeat Turkish Arabic restaurant in the busy lanes of Jogeshwari. The ambience is bright and welcoming. The staff polite and helpful with suggestions. ||Tried their English Garden, lime muddled with mint leavea and topped with orange-litchi-apple juice. It was refreshing!||Their traditional Turkish soup is a must try. It is a soup gravy with freshly ground pepper and generous portions of lamb cubes that melted in the mouth.||We then had Fattoush a salad with mixed green and Arabic bread. The dressing was mayonnaise base, very light and perfectly seasoned.||We tried also their Adana kebab with kaboosh. The kebabs originated in Turkey. It was seasoned with cumin, tangy sumac and red chilli flakes. A bit spicy but pair with the kaboosh it's just nice. It is served with onions seasoned with a generous portion of sumac.||We ended our meal with kunafa, milky, melt in the mouth goodness! They have other Turkish delights like the baklava but I chose to have the kunafa. It was a good choice. They have a fancy basin to wash your hands, complete with smoke coming off from the base. ||Each dish we tried was freshly prepared, tasty. The prices are not too heavy on the pocket. Al Ayamna is worth a visit especially in Ramadan. They do not accept reservation. Go early enough and you won't be disappointed

This Hotel is not using his own terms and conditions and restaurant staff behaviour is too bad with customer. When we are booking hotel that time they said there is discount in restaurant food if we order. They are providing nothing. Food quilty is very very bad bed and oily.. don’t go there and waste your time money both….

The location is great, walking distance from Jogeshwari Station. You can see great Arabian restaurants around the hotel. R Overall, it's good Hotel to stay at competitive/reasonable price
