It’s been an amazing experience here in Mallorca but more beautiful n pleasant with the hotel with their cleanness, hospitality and also receptionist Melissa. Once we arrived she treated us with love, care, gave me also suggestions of places to see , eat or things to do with kids also. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back again to have the same experience. The breakfast buffet was also amazing and also their service too. Thank you for the amazing experience for the days we spend here. Also the pool service was amazing only thing is that the pool temperature is super cold that you can’t stay in there too long due to its freezing . But the view it’s amazing.

This hotel was just right to see the city, with a view of the harbour giving it a holiday vibe. When we arrived we were greeted by Melissa who checked us in then gave us lots of information about Palma and a map of the area, she told us the best way to visit the attractions and the surrounding area which was so helpful and saved us some money on a trip on the tram, the excursion price was €80 per person and after Melissa advise it cost us €36 each…. Thanks Melissa. |The hotel was very clean and the room was faultless we have rooms with a full harbour view which I would recommend. The Breakfast was lovely with plenty choices ||All the staff were friendly and helpful. |No complaints from us.

Stayed in a spacious room on the 10th floor with excellent cleanliness. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great, but the breakfast was very good. Staff were extremely friendly and it's conveniently situated near the boulevard. Had a peaceful, noise-free sleep

Just back from a 6 night stay. Hotel Mirador is a lovely hotel close to the marina, the Old Town is a 20 to 30 minute flat walk away. We had a side sea view room which allowed us to sea all the comings and goings of the cruise ships. The hotel has a rooftop pool and bar although the pool is smaller than photos suggest. Breakfast is very good with enough selection to make everyone happy. Rooms are cleaned daily.|One thing to note: There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

I've been to this hotel for 4 years in a row, every summer, bringing my colleagues as well. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is amazing, best I've ever had at a hotel, although it got a bit too expensive over the years (17 euro now). Location is great. Has parking spots. Unfortunately the rooms are a little bit too rusty, outdated, feels more like a pension. But overall Mirador is a great hotel.

Nice hotel overlooking the harbour.|We booked a seaview room with a balcony which had a lovely comfy bed and was spotless and had excellent views - HOWEVER!|There is a lot of work going on outside on the promenade replacing the paving stones. Work starts around 7.30am and goes on until after 6pm. Very loud even with the patio doors closed so we were woken by it every morning. I feel the hotel should have informed us of this before we booked.|Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and friendly staff. |Would definitely stay here again once the maintenance work is finished outside!

Not great. I went sailing for a week and needed to be within walking distance of the marina. You pay for the location (if you need access to the marina). Rooms need a proper deep clean and update. I had broken tiles in my room. Aircon was noisy. Lots of traffic noise. Bed was broken. Good breakfast with fantastic view. Not good value for money. Will not return.

Very clean and smart hotel overlooking the marina. About 20 mins walk to the Cathedral. Very good breakfast and ate in, in the evening twice, and that was lovely too. No sun on balconies after about 5pm (in April). Side rooms at the front are perfect (cheaper than the front) but towards the back, are very overlooked, and the back is on to a busy road, so worth paying extra for the front rooms Roof top pool area is lovely and inside pool and spa area looked nice too
