Hotel Mirador

From the moment we walked into our room we were completely wowed. It honestly felt like stepping into a penthouse suite — spacious, beautifully designed, and with every detail perfectly thought out. The decor was elegant yet cozy, and the view was breathtaking.||We felt genuinely special during our stay, like the hotel had gone above and beyond just for us. Staff were brilliant too - really friendly.||We have left feeling overjoyed and already can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

My second stay, and once again, absolutely amazing! The hotel is simply beautiful: modern, stylish, and with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the very first moment. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The pool area is definitely a highlight, well-maintained, with cozy loungers and perfect for relaxing. This was my second time here, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately, this is not a 4-star hotel, but at best a 3-star one. The breakfasts were fine and there was nothing to complain about in that regard. The location is great — very close to restaurants and shops, and not far from the old town. On the downside, the rooms look quite old. The additional door lock was not working, the safe was broken, and it was very noisy both from outside and from neighboring rooms. There was also a noticeable damp smell coming from the bedding, which was unpleasant

Facilities, rooms and food all fine. Location, location location was a big no no! Its on a dual carriage way, just before the dual carriage way its 3 lanes so a motorway? Yes its on the very front but eeeks the noise of the road is so bad it stops you EVER wanting to sit on the balcony. The staff were lovely and moved us 2 floors further up to room which was a little further back but still had a full sea view. This now was near the steps at the side of the building, so whilst we were further back from the traffic noise we now had steps noise. Teens and drunks hanging around very late at night and lots of shouting.||Yes all out of the control of the hotel but I wish had done better research. The staff and breakfasts were lovely.

Great location overlooking the marina thats definitely the best part. Rooms very spacious and bathrooms. Bottles of water on arrival. No kettle though so a point down on review. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely too. Rooftop pool very small and not as clean as I expected. Balcony wasn't really a Balcony

Stayed with a group of friends. Positives - great facilities, used the gym, indoor and outdoor pool and sauna. Good location, on the marina, walking distance to cathedral around 15 mins. Room was large and clean, bathroom large but a little tired with mould on the ceiling. Negatives - room was very noisy at night, windows appeared to do nothing for soundproofing, traffic noise and ppl on the streets, may have just been my room location on the corner of the block but really didn’t sleep well. Couple of staff members let the team down being rude and aggressive which is a shame. Probably wouldn’t return just due to the noise element.

My partner booked this hotel for me my mum and himself. The night porter was unhelpful when we arrived , as mum is 97 and put mum on the 4th floor and we were on floor 2 he couldn’t help. In the morning the receptionist sorted the problem .we had a lovely time after that the staff in the breakfast room and bar were so good so helpful and so hard working. The day before we were due to leave mum tripped on a silly platform/ step on the top floor pool area . She was hospitalised with a broken arm , 15stitches in her head, and a skin tear on her leg. The other guests were the ones who helped her. We had to stay another night as we couldn’t fly home on the day we were ment to, the hotel charged full price for the room which I thought a bit bad., but nobody from the hotel even asked how mum was, and I might add i am still having nurses coming to this day to change dressings, i am shocked nobody there cared to even asked how mum how she is especially as the step she tripped on was hard to see at the time as chairs obstructed the view .

It’s been an amazing experience here in Mallorca but more beautiful n pleasant with the hotel with their cleanness, hospitality and also receptionist Melissa. Once we arrived she treated us with love, care, gave me also suggestions of places to see , eat or things to do with kids also. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely come back again to have the same experience. The breakfast buffet was also amazing and also their service too. Thank you for the amazing experience for the days we spend here. Also the pool service was amazing only thing is that the pool temperature is super cold that you can’t stay in there too long due to its freezing . But the view it’s amazing.
