Hotel Miramar

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here in summer, the location is ideal we didn’t need to get any taxis as everything is so central! There are multiple restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy’s less than a 5 minute walk away. Cala Banys is a gorgeous spot for lunch and is only a 15/20 min walk from hotel ( bring cash they do not accept card up here). The only downfall was there is not a lot of activities bar water activities at the beach which is also a 3 minute walk from hotel, the beach is gorgeous we went everyday the sand is a bit tough but nothing unmanageable! The hotel rooms were very modern and very clean, cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. The only thing we would have liked to be different was a balcony i’m not sure if there’s balcony’s in other rooms but there was none in the deluxe double room. We had a safe and an iron on request. The pool on the roof is very small we actually never used it as the beach was much nicer for us personally but the pool area is a gorgeous place to relax and read your book in the evenings! The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, during my stay my GHD hair straightener was broken after my room was cleaned and when I brought up the incident with the receptionist on duty ( a blonde woman) was so accommodating helpful and apologetic. I was given two options of a spanish replacement of my GHD or money to replace it at home. This was such amazing customer service and made me want to go back alone! That lady made my holiday as I am a student and was upset about the situation as it is an expensive item I value. I cannot recommend this hotel more for a relaxing holiday!

Fabulous hotel. Spacious room/ balcony and the staff were friendly. Ideal spot for my trip, would definitely come back here. I would recommend having dinner out instead of the half board option. So many nice restaurants nearby.

Just returned home from a holiday in Lloret. If you want a lovely place to drink something... I can recommend Miramar Lounge at the Promenade. A very tastefull and cosy place to sit with a nice view over the sea and an amazing service from, I think an Italian, very friendly waitress with curly dark hair.

We enjoyed a few lovely meals at your terrace with a nice view over the sea and the promenade. Very much appreciation for your Sicilian waitress, not only did gave us an excellent service and a nice smile, it was also impressive to see how much support she was for her colleagues. A real teamplayer. Hope to visit Miramar again soon.

Great place, clean rooms and lots unique restaurants in the area, BUT this hotel has the worst wifi I have experienced in this modern age.

generally a nice hotel, our 'family room' consisted of 3 single beds squeezed in line, which allowed no room to open the wardrobe or bed side table. Comfortable beds though! Staff were reasonably pleasant , although I did get told off for bringing a bottle of water to the dinner table one evening! Food was generally good. Seafront view would have been nice but our room looked out into back alley side streets. Pleasant stay and a perfect location!

Hotel was great but the hotel restaurant have bad service and not the best food for that prices

Fabulous hotel for my daughter and myself! Great reception staff! Beautiful rooms. Delicious breakfast. Spotlessly clean. We upgraded to. Sea view and was well worth it. Will definitely stay there again.
