Hotel Miramar

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, and had a lovely sea view. The pool area was peaceful and breakfast was fresh. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve just returned from a 5-night stay at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which made everything so much easier. I upgraded to a sea view room, and I highly recommend doing the same—the views are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel also offers a wide variety of hot and cold food options, all of which were fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Great hotel, we were a group of friends who came for a long weekend. Hotel was clean, beautiful buffet breakfast and right by the the beach. Perfect for us. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel near the seafront. Get a room with a balcony for the sea views. The rooms have been recently decorated and are very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is a great place to stay. There's a small coffee shop / bar in reception that serves food, coffee, and drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I’m very dissatisfied with this stay. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel but lacks! They definitely are on a budget as they treat guest like so… upon arrival (we arrived mid night as our package was love holidays) and got allocated a room on the 5th floor, the room was very tight and so warm and stuff and faced another building close. We tried to use the aircon but it blew only hot air and when we ask reception (which was a security guard only) he said come tomorrow at 8am. Are you joking? So you’re expected to wait the whole night to get an issue solved. Then we asked for a spare fan or something and they said they didn’t have any. The room had hairs on the bed when we ripped the sheets off and one of the towels too had a hair. We had a rough night. Add to this there wasn’t any water in the fridge . There wasn’t a kettle for tea or no teas or coffee or anything really in the room which for a four star you would think basic. |Anyways the next day the lovely lady on reception was kind enough to upgrade us to a front facing room which was more comfortable and cooler. We were grateful. The breakfast was decent! The dinner was in another hotel down the street..also decent.. ||Now the part that I felt absolutely disgusted by..|On our last day there, we decided to have lunch at the restaurants in front on the street. I ordered the biriyani rice (why? I dunno as it was utter crap!) I complained and said it’s doesn’t taste right and got laughed at and he just said it’s not an Indian restaurant and walked away. Well why have it on your menu if you cook it like crap! I then complained again and the other waiter took it away.. but then they expected us to pay for it when I hadn’t even eaten it. Like two spoons and I was like nah it’s not right… I said I’m not paying for it and he went to call the manager who seemed to hide away and make him to do the dirty work.. he then came back and made me pay 10 euros from 17 euros …still a lot of money and wasted and what horrible customer service! Absolutely disgusting! I’m never going back here. Disgraceful! No good customer service..(except for the kind lady on reception … enough said..

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here in summer, the location is ideal we didn’t need to get any taxis as everything is so central! There are multiple restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy’s less than a 5 minute walk away. Cala Banys is a gorgeous spot for lunch and is only a 15/20 min walk from hotel ( bring cash they do not accept card up here). The only downfall was there is not a lot of activities bar water activities at the beach which is also a 3 minute walk from hotel, the beach is gorgeous we went everyday the sand is a bit tough but nothing unmanageable! The hotel rooms were very modern and very clean, cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. The only thing we would have liked to be different was a balcony i’m not sure if there’s balcony’s in other rooms but there was none in the deluxe double room. We had a safe and an iron on request. The pool on the roof is very small we actually never used it as the beach was much nicer for us personally but the pool area is a gorgeous place to relax and read your book in the evenings! The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, during my stay my GHD hair straightener was broken after my room was cleaned and when I brought up the incident with the receptionist on duty ( a blonde woman) was so accommodating helpful and apologetic. I was given two options of a spanish replacement of my GHD or money to replace it at home. This was such amazing customer service and made me want to go back alone! That lady made my holiday as I am a student and was upset about the situation as it is an expensive item I value. I cannot recommend this hotel more for a relaxing holiday!

Firstly, I'd like to say I really enjoyed our little mini break at the Miramar Hotel, we upgraded to a sea view and the view was lovely. However, the rooms are so basic, no kettle?? I was disappointed as I like to make a coffee and Breakfast only opened at 8am. Anyway, it was clean, spacious, poss need coat hangers, there's a safe and the shower was nice. The rooftop pool area is really nice, but we saw a few people struggling to get in and out of the pool as there was a large step and no hand rail? Handrails required round the pool and steps upto the pool would make a big difference. Also there are no parasols up there, not sure if that's because of the wind? I think it would be better to remove the spa cos it doesn't get used and put in a bottle bar. You can get drinks from the bar downstairs but they were expensive. Better to go to the Spar or a shop and buy your own. I don't think I would return to the resort as it wasn't really my scene
