Hotel Miramonti

Well you it could have started so badly, when we arrived at the reception with our 2 dogs. To be told they did not know we had 2, they only accept 1. Showed our confirmation of the booking, but the key to the room was handed over, with out The receptionist looking at it. I later found out she was one of the family owners, coming up to celebrating 100 years of continuous ownership and operation ! Love the place

I love this place so much, my friend over me has birthday surprise. I loved the swimming pool, hot tap, and message 😍. I can't wait to come back

We have been coming to this hotel for more than 20 years|it is run by two generations of the same family, Giliavod, and the third|generation Tommaso is being prepared.We have travelled the world as a banker|and a travel agent and have nowhere found such a personal welcome....|We have had 3 family celebrations at this hotel over the years and the personal touch of the Gilliavod family was amazing.|They employ the same people year after year and always with a smile.|The rooms are clean, you get what you ask for, and the chef outstanding.|Living in Switzerland we have seen high standards in hotels but I can assure you that the implication of Miramontis staff will stay with you

A jewel of a place nestled in a beautiful town. Exceptional food, service, attention to details - Real professionals who have achieved the right formula to make staying in a hotel a great experience. Family owned (through generations), which is likely an important ingredient to its unique atmosphere.

We stayed in the hotel for a long weekend to celebrate an anniversary. The entire Family enjoyed every minute and the staff is very helpful and professional. The spa and massage can also be highly recommended. The dinner was excellent and the birthday cake was of excellent quality. All this in a mountaineer environment with a interior architecture you rarely find in a hotel. The only but not controlable element by the hotel was the miserable weather with continuous rain the whole stay. Conclusion, we need to go back to discover more of the national park of the Grand Paradiso….

We had so much fun here. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at any hotel, tons of perfect homemade cakes and cookies and delicious eggs made to order, and fontina and other local cheese. The staff is so friendly. I had no idea the hotel would have such fun and unusual decor—tons of hand painted decoration in every room and in the halls and even the elevator doors, various little lighted niches, quiet wood paneled salons, and so on. And the spa is extremely charming—there’s a steam room with a mini constellation of lights on the ceiling that change as you watch, and the warm pool has a half dozen hidden buttons you can press to cause various types of bubbles to emerge. The hotel feels very lovingly maintained and the view is of course stupendous!

Charming and luxurious hotel that is very well located. Easy parking and walking distance to the small town and trails. Rooms are big enough, and feel grand with all the period details. Gorgeous marble bathroom and views of the mountains. We are in the restaurant both nights and it was lovely. They are not that used to English speakers but we got by. My favorite aspects of the hotel were the pool and the bar. The pool is like a Turkish bath, with murals and arches and is just beautiful. The bar is pure old time glamour. The bartender prepared the most impressive Manhattan ever, with a giant bubble and dry ice smoke- like a magic show!! Wow! The whole hotel has been refurbished and it is spectacular!

A really solid 4 star hotel. It was nice to find such a nice hotel. We had a really comfortable corner room with an extra bed for our son. There were splendid views across the meadow and towards the parc national Gran paradiso.||The breakfast was extremely generous with a wide range on offer from cold meats and cheeses to some really delicious cakes. An aperitif overlooking the meadow was accompanied by generous tasty snacks.||After a days Ice climbing it was fabulous to lie back in the pool and allow the different hydrotherapy jets massage an aching body.||The staff were all friendly and eager to help. After a long time of staying in some quite indifferent hotels it was lovely to find a hotel like this that just did it all right in a lovely charming setting.
