Worst hotel ever. I have stayed in better hostels than this. My bedroom smells like toilet all the time. Second night I found a puddle of water inside my room and it took 1hr for someone to clean it. I gave some clothes to be cleaned and it came back with a shirt missing and took 45 min to find it. Poorly painted and bad service at reception. I do not recommend. EDIT: I did this review before the second night of a three night stay. When I woke up after the second night where I had to clean my own room using one of my towels, I call reception asking for more towels and they answer me "that is not possible you have to use the dirty towels, we can give out more". This is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. I I could give negative stars I will. Please save yourself of the bad time and do not stay here.

Stayed in junior suite. Its huge. Furniture may seem old, but it's what we call 'rustic' nowadays. Excellent ubication. Buffet available for breakfast. Pool is amazing. The room was Very clean. TV has not good display, but I didn't watch it for long. Parking inside the hotel.

Check in was a disaster, very slow, they had two reservations in their system for the same stay. Had to move rooms because there was no hot water or pressure in one shower. The rooms were filthy, furniture was scratched and not well maintained. TV was very small and old. The linens looked grey and the towels were very old. The hotel in general was in really bad shape, it is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Mexico.

Not a 5 star hotel like they make it seem to be . Even when you check in they say they are a hotel of luxury but it's more like a new built motel 6. Old furniture, Needs paint job. Deep cleaning of tiles in both room and outdoor. The door for the room has only a push lock nothing more. Room service will go into your room even though you put the door paper not too . Just to "fix your bed with the same sheets " they tossed stuff we needed .

The facility is old and shows its age. Bathroom fixtures are corroded, toilet barely works. Closet rod fell during the night and gave quite a fright. Staff is generally very nice. It is within walking distance of the Town center. Various eating establishments nearby for all tastes.

Just alright. Nice clean hotel but there is a lot missing. No hot water. No toilet paper and the seat doesn't stay up. I asked for a single bed and got a double bed room. It should be better for the price paid.

The experience was so immediately terrible we decided to find another hotel within an hour of arriving. The room smelled terrible, the sheets were dirty, there was no hot water in the shower, the air conditioning was loud, the TV only had 2 channels that worked, the WiFi didn't work at all. The air in the room felt stale, and rightfully so because there were no windows that could be opened. Furniture was disgusting.

The hotel is poor quality considering the price and the location. The rooms are very small and just white with almos no decoration. You dont really have any space to open your luggage. Very disappointed.
