Hotel Mision de los Arcos

Beautiful hotel with clean comfy rooms, air conditioning and amazing shower pressure! The hotel staff was very helpful. Plus I believe the staff takes care of stray animals and treats them very kindly, which for me makes this place even better. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food as well.

I can’t say enough about how lovely this boutique hotel is. The hotel is always in great shape and during my last stay there were updates to the lobby, entryway and main staircase. Staff are always polite, friendly and willing to help with anything. I have stayed here numerous times and it is my go to place whenever I am in the area. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Mai’s service does not get any better and the prices are reasonable. I always opt for a room with a balcony to enjoy morning with my coffee. The only thing I would suggest is that they have coffee available in the little waiting area off the lobby in the morning for guests so guests don’t have to run down to Oxxo to get coffee as none of the coffee shops seem to be open before 8.

We felt extremely comfortable here , the staff were extremely accommodating to us answering all our questions for our first trip to Hualtuco. It's in a great location with many high quality restaurants in short walking distance. The rooms were very comfortable with great beds , clean and great showers we would definitely return

A lovely mid-price hotel: comfortable, tastefully furnished, nice service. Rooms have both fans and air-con; some have balconies. I asked for, and was allocated, a quiet room. My only problem was the poor wifi signal. The hotel is located in La Crucecita: a colourful town that has preserved its Mexican character and has numerous good restaurants. It takes 30 mins to walk to the closest beach: taxis are easily available.

We just had our second visit to the hotel and we will definitely visit again. The hotel staff were attentive and very helpful with helping facilitate a collect long distance phone call to Canada to extend our travel insurance. Our rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The restaurant is lovely, the food excellent and the staff friendly and courteous.

This is not an expensive hotel. So don’t expect too much. But the receptionists nearly all speak English and are very helpful. The room we had had a King bed but only a interior window. It had air condition and a ceiling fan but the lighting was rather dim. There were enough outlets to charge our devices. If you need something refrigerated you give it to the receptionist. The bathroom is adequate but not great. The room is very clean. |There is no breakfast or restaurant. There is one next door (Terra Cotta) which is quite good. |The location is very near the central square with many shops and restaurants. There are a good number of expats so you can get around with English but some Spanish helps. You can get a taxi to the beach or walk but that’s 15 min.

Excellent budget hotel. The reception staff are probably the most helpful I have ever encountered and the hotel and rooms are meticulously clean and comfy. The hotel is very central so there's a few different food and drink options nearby and it's very cheap to get to a beach club if you like. If you're looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay for a short break in Huatulco, then this charming and inexpensive hotel is a must!

Very clean, very quiet. Comfortable beds and air conditioning. It is just off the main plaza of La Crucecita, so it's not on or within walking distance of the bays. But the location is surrounded by tons of food options, and shopping opportunities. Will stay here again.

This review is way too late, but my husband and I came here to visit, and was an amazing hotel and restaurant. At the time we came, we were not married quite yet, and my husband- boyfriend at the time proposed on the beach in huatulco! Sherry the owner was so wonderful and made our stay amazing! Her and her staff celebrated our engagement, gave us free champagne and cake from the Amazing restaurant attached to their hotel! Was a trip we will always remember! Thanks Mision de Los Arcos! Since then we have recommended this place to all our friends in the states!!
