Hôtel Moderniste

This was an excellent experience and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Paris. Stayed in the connecting rooms which was perfect for our family. Clean and bright with very good size bathroom by European standards. Breakfast was ample and fresh. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The street was quiet too. Thanks!

We stayed at Hotel Moderniste for a birthday trip and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The staff were warm and welcoming right from the moment we arrived, taking time to give us maps, tips, and info on breakfast and coffee spots. Our room was spotless and well-equipped—compact but perfectly designed. The location was ideal, with great restaurants and patisseries nearby, plus easy metro access for sightseeing. A fantastic choice for couples or solo travellers who want a relaxed stay away from the busier centre of Paris.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at Hotel Moderniste. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, the beds were super comfy and the room was serviced daily. The lounge area with free tea/coffee/water/snacks and games we could play as a family was a great addition. We stayed in the quad room, it had a great view of the Eiffel Tower! The location was great, enjoyable walk into the main areas past many bakeries, bars and restaurants or an easy metro/uber ride away. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay there again, many thanks for a wonderful stay.

i enjoyed my stay here - the room is tiny but clean and gets all the necessities for solo travelers. there’s a nice dining area with complimentary coffee and a self-served honest bar. staff is very friendly and helpful!

My wife and I just completed a wonderful week at Hotel Moderniste, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From check-in to departure, every staff member we encountered was genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. As first-time guests, we were impressed by every aspect of our stay. The hotel maintains exceptional standards of cleanliness, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offerings each morning. The team's attention to detail and warm hospitality made our week truly special. The location offers a nice balance - while the nearest metro station is conveniently close to the hotel, reaching many of Paris's main tourist attractions does require several stops and line changes. However, we found this actually added to the authentic Parisian experience, giving us a chance to see different neighborhoods and discover hidden gems along the way.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is so clean and comfortable. The local was great, close to transportation and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely, it felt like true Paris, not touristy. The daily breakfast was also delicious! Would love to stay again!

Amazing hotel in a great location. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and updated. A/C worked great, nice bathroom, and the street outside was quiet. The staff was also super nice giving us restaurant recommendations and advice for the parade during Bastille day. It was easy to get around to the major sightseeing spots with the metro only 6 minutes away. They had free tea and an espresso machine every morning to afternoon. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It was my favorite in Europe.

This is my second trip to Paris and my second stay in a smaller hotel here, but this one really impressed me! It was modern, clean and the staff made such amazing effort with us, especially my daughter who received a special welcome pack! I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here if we return to Paris again.
